Large furnished and spacious Ocean/ beach front condo (~1000sq. ft) with 2 bathrooms in sunny South Florida. This cozy and safe beachfront property next door to Hyde Resort, Doubletree by Hilton & Diplomat hotels allows easy access to the beautiful sandy beach on the Atlantic Ocean. Very conveniently located to many restaurants, great shops, convenience store 7/11, Walmart, Gulfstream casino and other entertainment. It is conveniently located in Hollywood b/w Miami & Ft. Lauderdale and less than 20 min to/from FLL airport. The pricing at Sian Condo is flexible until Dec 20th as there is a facade renovation in progress!

This suite can accommodate up to 5 people:
-2 Queen size beds in the master bedroom,
- Queen size Sleeping sofa in the living
-an additional inflatable queen size bed available as well

Had a great stay. Beach access was super convenient. Condo had everything you need for a perfect beach day from chairs and towels to sand toys. Plenty of space, additional half bath was a plus. Kitchen was well-equipped.

It was really wonderful. My kids were absolutely thrilled as soon as I opened the door. The condo is even more spacious than it looks in pictures. Valet parking, game room, pool access, and beach access were all super easy and convenient. The staff were all very nice and helpful.

Clean & Great Location

Very clean condo. Location was awesome. We only ubered to/from airport and once on the way home from Publix (walked there). Saved so much money not needing a rental car! Owners were easy to get ahold of and very clear with instructions. This trip was just mom and dad but we could have easily brought all 3 kiddos. Great stay overall.

Loved the location. Close to everything shopping dining beach boardwalk. Any questions I had Richard responded quickly. Everyone at the condo was nice and very helpful. 10/10 I will be back.

Great location!

Great location and nice accommodations. Make read everything and prepared for a lot of rules. It says there is a washer and dryer, but you have to buy a laundry card for $5, then add money to it in increments of $5 per load to wash and dry. The owner’s son met us upon arrival and communicated frequently. Overall, it was a good stay.

Great stay

We had a great two weeks. The property is in an excellent location to the ocean. Partial view and easy walk. Unit could use a sofa/loveseat update. Beds were very comfortable. No frills but had everything we needed except a pizza pan. Appreciated the almost daily check-ins to see if we wanted dining or adventure ideas. We loved Mizumi Sushi Bar, Paoli pizza, La Tub, the Broadwalk, the beaches. In all, a great trip.

Great Vacation

We had a great time staying at this condo. The listing was spot on. The host kept in touch prior to arrival providing instructions for check in , and throughout stay with suggestions or just checking in. The access to beach was awesome , and the pool area and other amenities as well. Plenty of places to eat and visit nearby . Great place on the beach!

Had a great time, kids LOVED the games room downstairs. Pool was great, beach was wonderful. The apartment was perfect, clean and everything worked! No issues at all. The host (Richard) was super. Beds were great, kitchen was fully stocked and was able to cook for my family of 5! Would stay here again.
