Fantastic top specification 2 bedroom apartment with Golf and Sea Views, located on a prime position of a prestigious Golf and Spa Resort!

This apartment is set in Bayview Village, the latest area of the prestigious Boavista Golf and Spa Resort.

Guests have FREE access to the Bayview outdoor pool area, as well as Bayfitness and Bayview Leisure Centre with Spa which includes Heated Indoor Pool, Jacuzzi, Sauna & Steam Room, fully equipped gymnasium, games room. Guests can enjoy discounts on Spa treatments and Golf green fees.

The accommodation comprises of an open-plan contemporary living space and fully fitted kitchen with integrated appliances, Nespresso coffee machine, washing machine and tumble dryer.

There is 1 double bedroom, 1 twin bedroom and 2 bathrooms (1 is en-suite). There is a sofa-bed (140cm) in the living room to sleep one person.

A highlight of the property is the superb south-east facing balcony with comfortable dining furniture and outstanding views of the golf, ocean, and Lagos bay. The apartment is 5 minutes drive to Lagos and the beaches.

Built and furnished to a high standard, the property offers underfloor heated bathrooms, inverted air conditioning / heating units along with and individually and centrally controlled electric shutters. WiFi and international TV channels available.

There is an allocated underground parking space as well as parking bays outside of the apartment.

Amazing property. Exceeded expectations. Lovely quiet property. Requested for extra pillows prior to our arrival and this request was kindly provided. Beds were very comfortable.Kitchen was great and plenty of good quality utensils. Lovely, spacious property for a family of four and having two bathrooms was an additional bonus. Sun all day on the balcony until around 5pm. Great view of the sea. We used both the indoor and outdoor pools which were extremely clean.We also booked padel which was accessed via the clubhouse. Good addition to the holiday. We hired a car as we wanted to explore lots of areas. Car parking facilities great on site. Would highly recommend and would definitely return.
