Villa al Mare is situated in its own gated grounds in a quiet area on the edge of Isca Marina, and is bordering mature olive groves.

The 10m x 5m private swimming pool has a constant depth of 1.4m which makes it ideal for family pool games. There is an outside shower, sun chairs, hammock, BBQ, and a shaded dining area.

The Villa is split in to 2 apartments and consists of the following:

Apartment 1 (sleeps 8) - 2 double bedrooms, 2 twin bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, dining room, open plan kitchen/living room, split over 2 floors.

Apartment 2 Ground floor (sleeps 4) - 1 Double bedroom, 1 twin bedroom, 1 bathroom, open plan kitchen/living area.

All rooms are spacious and have full air conditioning. Most rooms have a balcony or terrace, and have a view towards the sea or the mountains.

A regular bus service is available from Lamezia Airport to the town of Isca Marina and also a local taxi firm.

Lovely stay to have some quality family time.

The Villa was clean and spacious and very well equipped for our stay. Communication between me and owner Jo was great. Sam from the management company was very helpful and always contactable throughout our stay if this was needed. Villa is close the beach and the bakery and shop was within walking distance. Thank you for a lovely holiday.

Great vacation home!

This was the perfect spot for our 2-family vacation. We swam, cooked and lounged in the beautiful yard. Would Devi I Troy stay again! Only suggestions are to better explain the AC (Once we figured out how to best use we didn’t have problems) and to upgrade linens by providing pool towels.

Super tolle Lage

Wir waren mit Freunden in dem wunderschönen Haus! Es ist nicht weit zum Strand und man hat einen super schicken Pool. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind super gut zu erreichen und in der Bar am Strand gab es mega leckeres Essen. Die Betreuung ums Haus herum war super. Immer wieder gerne, dorthin zum Urlaub machen.

Ottimo soggiorno in una bella villa!

Abbiamo soggiornato dal 31/07 al 07/08 in questa villa; eravamo in un gruppo di 9 persone e avevamo a disposizione sia l'appartamento a piano terra che quello al piano superiore, compresa la mansarda. La casa rispecchia appieno la descrizione e le foto inserite nell'annuncio, se non addirittura migliore. Zona tranquilla, molto vicina al mare. Punto di forza: giardino molto curato e bella piscina.

Ottima struttura

Bella villa, ottimamente rifinita e completa di tutto quanto era necessario per un piacevole soggiorno. Bella la piscina e il giardino. Ideale per due nuclei familiari. Se proprio dovessi fare un appunto, metterei una luce esterna sul tavolo da pranzo. Siamo stati molto bene.

Great Villa, Quiet location

We cannot fault the villa here. Great Aircon which was certainly needed in 30+ heat every day, Spacious and everything we could of needed for our stay. The pool was lovely, perfect depth for games (approx 5ft) and a decent size with lovely gardens and plenty of sunbeds. Would recommend a car if you have teenage kids as very quiet non touristy area. The local bakers and supermarket had all you could need and were in walking distance (approx 15 mins). Get there early tho as the locals seem to love their bread and cakes !!! Amazing sandy beach with a banana boat, pedalos and ringos plus a couple of bars where delicious pizza was available (after 7.30pm) from 4.5e for a margharetta !!! If we could suggest anything else, some lighting for the outside dining area would of helped as it was very dark of an evening and you cannot really eat before dark due to the heat. Also, the wifi was not great, which again with teenage kids was a tad frustrating (mostly for them, for us adults we took the opportunity to relax and read). It was generally ok in the upstairs lounge but not the rest of the property when so many using it. Additional bonus points for the welcome gift we received of home grown tomatoes and red wine. All in all a great stay, a beautiful property and the property manager was always on hand when we needed (to print out boarding passes for our return flight particularly - thanks Sam)

Fantastic place to stay - where can I start the Villa rooms were ready as soon as we arrived & fully equipped with everything you would need for self catering. Staff were friendly , always happy to answer any questions and advise on trips to take .The pool is well cleaned and large .

one of the best villas!

It was a truly an amazing place, with an extremely homey feel to it! The view is incredible as you walk up to the top floor quite literally beautiful. It’s private, with a great pool, a large kitchen and great garden furnishing. Me and my family absolutely loved it and it was great for the kids as kindly the owners had left many toys for them to play with. Overall, it was one of the nicest villas I’ve stayed in, with a beach no longer than 5 minutes away and great restaurants near by. Highly recommended to all looking at hiring!

Amazing comfortable staying in Calabria

Great thanks to Jo and Samantha for unique conditions of beach holidays for two families with four boys. Children spent some hours per day in wonderful and very clean pool. There are everything for comfortable and quiet rest. It should be specially noted that Jo's care and recommendations and Samantha's support during staying were amazing! Strongly recommended.

A wonderful place for a family with kids.

This vacation house was perfect for my family. I had two of my grown children, their spouses and their children as well as me and we had plenty of room. We actually had two bedrooms that were not even used so we could have had another family come along as well. The pool is big and the kids loved it. We found the local supermarket and frequented it every other day for food and goodies. My extended family lives nearby so they came over for visits and it was a great place to entertain. The beach is down the street and we went to it a few times, but our family liked the busy beach near soverato a bit better. All in all it was a wonderful, peaceful place that has everything you could possibly want in a vacation home. Can hardly wait for next year. Debbie Tomaino, Vancouver BC Canada

We were very happy at this villa during this June 2017. The village is very quiet, no neighbors around. The villa has everything for a comfortable stay. Barbecue area together with southern stars in the sky makes dinners special. Swimmimg pool is big enough, very clean, so good amusement for kids. Was nice to find even games for kids and italian culinary books. A car is very recommended as shops are not in stepwise availability.

Really lovely Villa

Things we loved about it: Great, very clean well positioned pool which due to its position isn't over looked. Great well thought out outdoor space, with lovely extra's- seating area in the shade + sun to catch the morning and afternoon sun, ample sun lounges and chairs and even a wonderful hammock. The living room downstairs is a big open plan space with a well positioned, well equipped kitchen allowing you to cook and enjoy eating outside. The beach is a lovely sandy beach and is only at the end of the road. The people that look after the property, Sam and Richard are lovely, so very helpful and keep the pool and property in very good condition. The owner of the property Jo is a pleasure to book with. Would defiantly like to stay here again and will be recommending it to friends.

Long weekend with friends

From the minute we arrived we felt able to start our relaxation - everything was very clean, modern, bright and fresh both indoors and outside. The pool was a very good size and whilst Unheated it wasn't that cold. Great sun loungers and dining area. The kitchen was well equipped - its proximity to the external dining area made dining outside very easy and relaxed. The nearby beach was clean with white sand and there was a very good restaurant and bar - fresh seafood, pasta and meat - something for all our party. The surrounding villages Are picturesque with good amenities. A car is a must but local traffic was light. It was the perfect choice to spend time with friends with complete privacy. Would definitely stay there again and I am recommending it to all my friends and family.

Dreamlike

A beautiful house in Isca Marina Very well maintained, we did not miss anything. We were 7 people on 2 apartments. The house is very modern and very well equipped. The pool is nice and big and the sea, it is to go only a few minutes walk. The house is very quiet surrounded by olive trees. We had a good assistance by the house manager. Nearby there are many restaurants and shops, can only be reached in a few minutes. We will definitely come again.

Villa al Mare was perfect for our family holiday

We had an amazing time at Villa al Mare and in Isca Marina. The villa, gardens and pool were great and the beach is only a 5 minute stroll away, further if you want to head down towards the bars. The beach is lovely white sand with some shingle by the waters edge, the sea is crystal clear and the beach is not busy - perfect!! we didn't venture too far as we wanted to completely relax at the pool and beach. The village has an amazing bakery, a good butchers and a mini market but for a better supermarket only a short car journey away. We will definately come back. The weather was glorious................ we are missing it!!!

Absolutely spectacular! The Perfect holiday home!

This is an amazing Villa, which offers the best accommodations in the area! You feel right at home, as everything you need is available. The living space inside is well appointed with care. Everything is clean, and well taken care of. There are balconies on all sides, offering wonderful views of the surrounding area. The patio and pool area are magnificent, perfect for lounging in the sun or eating lunch under the gorgeous Pergola. It's a relaxing stroll to the beach from the Villa. There are two grocery stores within a couple miles from the Villa, very easy to get to. Overall, just a perfect holiday Villa with wonderful amenities and comfort. We loved it! Will come again as soon as possible!
