This houseboat is cosy and comfortable. It features a living room with open fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower and toilet and a separate bed room with queen size be. The living room has dining and sitting area and big windows facing the water, which make it very light.

The veranda is your perfect place for a coffee in the sunny morning or a for a wine in the evening. When it it to warm, you can go take a swim in the Westeinderplassen.

The houseboat is located 15 minutes drive from Schiphol airport, and 4 minutes from Aalsmeer center where you can go for all your shopping and for nice restaurants. In Aalsmeer, you can rent bikes (also e-bikes). We recommend Bert de Vries. Amsterdam is 30 minutes from Amsterdam Central Station by car (1 hour by public transport).

Excellent place to stay

We spent two relaxing weeks in this wonderful accommodation. Loved the birdlife, ducks, swans, geese, swamp hens, cranes and more. The peace and quiet was appreciated and the local people were very helpful and friendly.

So bright and cherry!

A Sweet Boathouse

Bright, clean, close to parking, lovely deck on the water. We used it as a base for Amsterdam and it worked very well. Good restaurants and shopping near by very comfortable. Thx Paul & Margot

Very cosy houseboat

Very cosy and njce houseboat. Check-in was easy. You can take a walk to the centre of Aalsmeer. There are several tracks for hiking in the region, the seaside is 30min by car reachable.

Ein schöner Aufenthalt

Wir hatten drei wunderbare Nächte in Aalsmeer. Alles hat geklappt. Vermisst haben wir nur einen Toaster. Auch mit dem nahen Flughafen kamen wir gut zurecht. Wer empfindlich ist, braucht Ohrenstöpsel. Für uns war es völlig ok. Wir waren überwiegend in Amsterdam, von der Unterkunft aus super erreichbar. Danke an die Vermieter.

Immer wieder schön!

Wir waren dieses Mal zum zweiten Mal auf dem Hausboot und sind einfach immer wieder begeistert! Es ist alles gut ausgestattet und es fehlt fast an nichts - lediglich ein Toaster wäre noch schön. Aber das ist meckern auf hohem Niveau ;) Es ist sehr entspannt und man kann gut abschalten. Alle Geschäfte die man braucht, sind Fussläufig zu erreichen. Parken ist auch kein Problem. Auch mit unsrem kleinen Hund gab es keine Probleme. Wir freuen uns jetzt schon auf unseren nächsten Besuch dort! Wir f

Nous avons passé un bon sejour sur votre péniche. Il est dommage cependant qu'il n'y est pas de four ni de congélateur. L'aeroport est a proximité donc un peu de bruit mais pas la nuit de 23h à 7h. Sinon tout était ok : le quartier est très agréable et tous les commerces sont à proximité.

Perfekte Lage - vieles gut erreichbar

Der Aufenthalt war super - tolle Umgebung - Nähe zum Airport interessant - uns hat es überhaupt nicht gestört und Nachts ist Ruhe - Einzig der Backofen und das ein oder andere Geschirr sollte mal ersetzt werden.

Das Hausboot hat von der Terrasse einen schönen Blick auf andere Boote. Leider wirkt es etwas ungepflegt und lieblos.. Der Backofen funktioniert immer noch nicht, die Kühlschranktür ist defekt und die Matratzen durchgelegen. Nach der Reinigung des Syphons ist das Wasser im Bad des Waschbeckens wieder abgeflossen. Schöner wäre es, wenn diese Arbeit nicht der Gast übernehmen müsste..

Fast perfektes Relaxen

Außer, das der Ofen kaputt war und trotz Sonnenschirmständer kein Sonnenschirm vorhanden war, war alles schön. Jedoch als Feedback möchte mit auf dem Weg geben, dass ich es als Service erachte, das der Vermieter(in) o.Mitarbeiter der Agentur vorbei kommen und nachfragen, ob alles in Ordnung ist. So fühlt sich dann der Gast gut aufgehoben, und bei Problemen kann schneller reagiert werden. Ich meine dabei nicht die Gäste, die nur ein Wochenende da sind; sondern länger als 3-4 Tage auf dem Hausboot übernachten. Ich finde dies ergibt dann auch bessere Rezessionen, die zu mehr Buchungen führen können.

Insgesamt hat uns das Hausboot gut gefallen. Die Küche müsste vielleicht mal erneuert werden. Im Inserat stand Toaster vorhanden, war aber leider nicht so. Nach Kommunikation mit der Agentur wurde das rausgenommen, also kein Toaster.

Gemütliches Hausboot mit toller Aussicht!

Sehr gemütlich eingerichtetes Hausboot mit genügend Platz. In der Küche waren alle benötigten Utensilien zum Kochen vorhanden. Lediglich der Backofen war „out of Order“. Einen Toaster gab es leider auch nicht. Dafür liegt der Lidl mit leckeren Backwaren direkt fussläufig. Das Hausboot war sehr geschmackvoll und liebevoll eingerichtet. Für uns beide und unsere kleine Fellnase ein rundum perfekter Urlaub! Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Adorable house on a Canal

We fell in love with Alsmeer. Who knew we would be there for crazy Alsmeer Day. Fantastic bakery, great Indian restaurant, lovely helpful people. We would definitely go back.

Top angepriesen, stark Renovierungsbedürftig

Check in 15 Uhr. Objekt noch nicht gereinigt. Wartezeit ca 2 Stunden. Küche stark in die Jahre gekommen. Ein Backofen hat ausgetauscht und nicht mit out of order still gelegt zu sein . Tapeten im Durchgang lösen sich von der Wand. Duschabtrennung notdürftig mit einem Vorhang behoben. Für das Geld erwarten wir mehr.
