Do you think there could be a better place to spend a pleasant and quiet vacation than in this amazing apartment in front of the sea? The terrace invites you to have a delicious breakfast while listening and watching the smooth movement of the waves and the first rays of sun that shine on them.

In the interior of this second floor flat, with elevator, there is a fantastic living-dining room, equipped with air conditioning, a dining table as well as a comfortable sofa where to get relaxed watching TV-SAT or reading a book next to a spectacular landscape. There are two bedrooms with wardrobe and fan, one of them with a double bed while the other has two single beds. Likewise, one of the rooms also has space for a cot and a high chair. The bathroom of the house has a shower. And, of course, there is washing machine, iron and ironing board.

The location is simply perfect for those who love the sea, since the apartment is located on the seafront. Great stay. It is just like on the Fotos. We enjoyed our stay a lot. It was easy and great communication, great accomodation and at Cala Bona where it was never to loud but also enough people that it never felt dead. The beaches are really close and beautiful und you can walk in 5 minutes to everything you heart desires (restaurants, bus stop, shops, supermarkets etc). We would definitely recommend this accommodation to everybody. Thank you very much.

“Fantastic villa, every bit as good as the pictures. Lovely outside area and pool. A five minute walk from a sandy beach and plenty of local restaurants. Communication with the host was occasionally frustrating as their phone number goes to an answer machine. Emails were answered within a day but this wasn't very useful when the key box code was changed and we weren't told (they didn't seem to know anything about this). The WiFi didn't work and it took them five days to send someone out, who then told us it was the provider's fault, not theirs.”

Wir waren insgesamt absolut zufrieden mit der Unterkunft. Die Fotos entsprechen der Realität. Sehr schön eingerichtet mit einem tollen Balkon und einem freien Blick auf das Meer...traumhaft. Die Organisation über Homerti war professionell und der Kontakt war sehr nett. Die Übergabe erfolgte durch die Eigentümer und sie sind super nett, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Kurzum, sehr gerne wieder.
