Brooklands is a bolt hole away from the hustle and bustle of every day life . It is very comfortable and well equipped. Location is great and near to market towns like Leyburn , Bedale , Thirsk and Richmond and surrounded by dales and sheep .🐑

A super cottage in a great location for exploring the Yorkshire Dales. Despite a rather damp period, we had a great week in Brooklands Cottage. It is a very warm and comfortable place to stay. We were particularly impressed with the owners arrangements for protecting guests from the coronavirus. We felt very safe staying here. Review independently collected and verified by Reevoo

Faultless! Really lovely cottage, warm, very clean and comfortable. Owners very friendly but not intrusive. We have probably, over the last 30 years, stayed in 50/60 cottages and this must rank No. 1 for cleanliness. Covid 19 precautions could not have been better. Only a couple of miles from Leyburn with plenty of good shops, including Campbells and Co op for good quality groceries and a wonderful bakery in the Market Place. All staff in shops and locals in general were very friendly and helpful. Ideal place for exploring Wensleydale and lower Swaledale. We have already booked another week here.
