RELAX IN THE WHITE MTNS, UNIT 2 KILBURN PLACE
This listing is for Unit Two which offers exceptional housing in northern New Hampshire that is more comfortable and less expensive than a hotel room for extended stays. Close to trail system, ski areas (Cannon, Loon, Bretton Woods), and many other winter activities. It is the perfect place to call 'home-base' during those winter getaways.
During the spring, summer and fall ask about our beekeeping weekends. We'd love to get a suit on you and give you the full experience of being in an apiary.
Our short-term and long-term executive housing is convenient and flexible, ideal for professionals and travelers in the midst of relocation, special projects or training programs. Kilburn Place can accommodate any of your professional or personal, short-term housing needs and make your stay as comfortable as possible.
At this time the State of NH requires a Quarantine Statement from each booking guest. By booking our rental you agree to the following:
That you attest that yourself and all of the individuals staying with you in the rental unit at 53 Kilburn Street, Littleton, NH have been quarantined** at home for the past 14 days.
**The definition of quarantine in this instance means that the person or people registering to stay at this lodging facility have remained isolated at home for the past 14 days, going into the community only for necessities. In addition, when outside of the home, I/we have maintained social distancing and worn a face covering when less than six feet from another person.
• No smoking in building.
• Back porch light switch would be left in “on” position. It is light and motion sensitive for your convenience.
• Please park your vehicles in driveway facing out – especially during the winter months. This will make your exit much easier. Please do not block garage doors as we store our yard equipment there.
• All trash should be placed in trash bags provided and placed in dumpster.
• Please do not lower the thermostat below 55oF.
• Please do not store winter gear (skis, snowboards, snowshoes, etc) in the apartment. You may store them in the enclosed back porch. Your articles will be safe there.
• If you would like personal maid service or personal shopping, it is available at an extra charge. Feel free to contact us.
• We’ve included many flyers and menus from local establishments. Please enjoy visiting any of them.
• We’ve also left you a copy of a local map for your own personal use.
• If you accidentally activate the smoke alarm, please contact us. They are hardwired with battery backup.
• Upon leaving, please leave keys on the kitchen table and exit using front door (which will lock behind you).
• We appreciate you visiting our area and look forward to your return.
The charm of this 115 year old 'New Englander' hasn't disappeared with the newly renovated space including everything from high-speed (secure) internet to your wine glasses. A warm and inviting place to call 'home'.
