Cozy accommodation in a quiet area with services on foot from supermarkets, sports areas and health center, pharmacies, libraries, etc. in a radius of 300 mt. Privileged location because by subway (stop at 200 mt house) would reach the center of Valencia in less than 10 minutes and the different beaches in 20 minutes.
