Situated on Bell’s Wynd, Edinburgh, this stylish apartment offers a great stay to all of our guests. A few minutes walk from the property, you’ll find Tron Kirk and Royal Mile Market as well as plenty of local shops, bars and restaurants. This ground-floor apartment consists of 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, cosy living room with dining area, fully-equipped kitchen. The property sleeps up to 4 guests. Essentials, linen, towels, Sky TV & WiFi are provided.

Welcome to this light and cosy 2-bed apartment at the hearth of the Royal Mile. The property is within walking distance of various shops, cafes and restaurants, making it an excellent choice for the discerning traveler.

Living & dining
Bright, airy and immaculately decorated, the spacious living room emanates a feeling of relaxation and comfort.
With beautifully carpeted floors, a stylish coffee table, an armchair, and a cozy sofa where you can lean back into the soft and welcoming cushions, this room will most likely become your favourite place to spend the evenings.
The dining area is adjacent to the living room, providing a table with 4 chairs.
The kitchen is fully stocked for all your needs. You will find a fridge freezer, a hob and an oven for that perfect lunch or dinner you might like to create. A microwave, kettle, coffee machine and toaster are also provided so that you can enjoy a tasty breakfast.

Bedrooms&Bathrooms
There are two bedrooms at your disposal, each fitted with a double bed and storage space for belongings. Both the bedrooms are spacious and full of natural light.
The bathroom is offering a bathtub, WC and sink.

Laundry
There is also a washing machine and dryer in the property, however we do NOT provide washing detergent.

- Whilst washing up and stripping the beds at check out would be appreciated, it is by no means expected
- Quiet hours are between 10:00 PM and 9:00 AM. Please keep the noise down and respect other neighbours in the building
- Please remember to close all windows and doors when leaving the space
- Careful attention to the keys is extremely important. Guests are responsible for any additional costs resulting from misplaced keys or locksmith call-outs.
To ensure the safety of our current and future guests, we ask all guests to complete our online check-in form and to provide a valid form of identification.

Good bargain but tricky to navigate
Great location to be close to everything, but plan to spend a bit of extra time on arrival finding the place and keys if you’re unfamiliar with Edinburgh. Property management was unresponsive to questions. That being said the place was wonderful, and a great value to find 2 beds with full amenities and laundry!!
