Luxury Royal Mile Retreat
Summary:
Stunning and peaceful apartment nestled off the Royal Mile and close to Edinburgh castle (3 minutes walk). Tastefully refurbished to a very high standard, with all mod cons. 2 Good sized bedrooms, a double bedroom and a twin bed. Separate stunning shower room and toilet. The open plan living area is very spacious and well thought out, its a pleasure to be in. A large L shaped sofa, tv, Sonos speaker and dining area. The apartment has views towards a church as seen in pictures.
The Space:
This has to be one of the most relaxing apartments that I host. Nestled off the Royal mile in a secluded location. The apartment is spacious and an enjoyable place to relax. It has recently been refurbished to a very high standard and the attention to detail is fabulous. This apartment would suit most travellers visiting the city.
Guest Access:
The guests have access to the entire space during there stay with us in Edinburgh.
The Neighborhood:
The apartment is located just off the famous Royal Mile. This historical location is a well established area with many excellent restaurants of the Old Town and nearby Grassmarket. This location is great as you are very close to all tourist attractions and its a short walk to Princes Street, George Street and The New Town. Princess Street and George street are the main shopping destinations of the city. You will not need to hire a car in this city central location. Both the train station and Airport are easily accessed from this location.
Getting Around:
We recommend either walk, taxi or downloading the Lothian buses app. Our buses now take contactless payments

Excellent location close to royal mile, apartment was clean, well maintained and nice amenities. The issue is the noise - the close backs on to a hotel and bar and staff use the entrance for their breaks all through the night. On friday and Saturday nights I slept with ear plugs but was still woken hourly by the noise. During the week, it was a little quieter but I was still woken 3 or 4 times. The windows are so thin it sounds like people even speaking are in the apartment.

The Heart of a great City!
Had a great stay. Place was clean and quirky but that was fun. One issue with supplies (no toilet paper). We had to go find our own. The shower is interesting but works fine. The location was great except for late night loud conversations in the alley. maybe workers getting done with their shift. A little smelly in the alley with the trash as well. Other than that we loved it.
