Mill Cottage is an attractive, stone built, traditional cottage and is one of a small number of barn conversions set in quiet, pretty communal gardens.

This delightful property offers comfortable, two bedroom accommodation and benefits from a designated parking space.

The charming terraced garden is to the rear of the cottage and has a large picnic table and bench, ideal for spending some quality family time outdoors.

Lovely comfortable character cottage in a great location, but let down by being on a building site - which we were not warned about. Had issue with the heating on arrival which were promptly sorted by the owner that evening. Builders were considerate but should have been told before booking that there were houses being built directly outside. If no builders would definitely recommend!

The cottage was ideal in every way for us.

The cottage was ideal in every way for us. The location is fantastic! You are in Fowey, but not in the thick of it: you can stroll in (taking in some pubs on route) easily and it is ideal for ambling down to Readymoney Beach (and to walk around the cliffs etc).the house was incredibly comfortable, and we had everything we needed there. The outdoor space was enough for us to eat outside and for the dog to safely flop!
