We offer you an exclusive suite-type apartment with a private heated pool located in one of the most charming towns on the island. Here, rest and relaxation are assured. It is a designer apartment where every detail is taken care of to make the stay unforgettable.

It is located in a privileged place, right in the center of the island. Ideal for visiting the main areas of interest and enjoying the main beaches of Lanzarote, located just a few minutes away.

The apartment has everything you need. It has a bedroom, a bathroom with a rain shower, a large living room, kitchen and dining room. As well as, a terrace with a solarium area and a spectacular private heated pool.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a coffee maker, oven, ceramic hob, microwave, toaster, juicer and all the necessary cooking utensils.

In the house you will also have within reach a hair dryer, washing machine, parking area, towels, sheets, as well as Smart TV with Netflix, WIFI and a satellite receiver with more than 200 television channels in English, German and French.

Guests are required to show a valid ID upon check-in.

VACATION HOUSING

The nightly rest of the neighbors must be respected. It is mandatory to control the emission of sounds after 10:00 p.m.
Loss of keys will incur a surcharge of €50.
Smoking is only allowed on the terrace of the house.

Séjour parfait

Appartement tres fonctionnel spacieux, matériaux nobles ! Rien ne manque. Idéalement situé pour visiter l île. Calme, supérette à 50m. Piscine chauffée très agréable, sky dôme au dessus du lit qui s ouvre électriquement. Hôte très agréable et serviable, communication WhatsApp appréciable. Vous pouvez réserver en toute confiance ! Hâte d y retourner.

Visit to our Happy Place

Having visited Lanzarote many times, we definitely consider it our happy place but this is was a new area for us, and it didn't disappoint. Nazaret is conveniently located to be able to cover all areas of the island, but you will ideally need a hire car. Nazaret itself is fairly small but Teguise is also just 5-10 mins by car and is a lovely little village with the best bakery ever - Jonnie Bakes, which we'd highly recommend. The apartment itself was lovely, nice and clean and obviously well maintained. Whilst not a huge apartment, for two people it's perfect and gives you all the space you need. The shower is lovely with a great rainfall overhead attachment. One point to note is that the bed/pillows are very soft, which if you like a harder mattress it's something to bear in mind. The bedding itself was fairly basic too but was warm enough. Our only disappointment was that the sun terrace didn't get any sun, mainly we think because of the time of year but if you are a sun worshipper this is something to consider. Also the pool area is covered, and we had thought it was open - it's difficult to tell from the photo's but again something to consider if you are thinking of using it to top up the tan. The pool is heated but for us never really got warm enough to spend much time in it, again I think because it doesn't get the sun during the day to top up the heat. In fact the apartment itself seemed a little cold to us generally, especially in the evenings so would recommend taking a dressing gown/pair of slippers or socks (especially for the evenings) but again this could have been the time of year and also the fact that we were one of the first to stay. Alejandro as a host was very attentive and so easily contactable, which I think is a real benefit especially when you're booking from the UK. We had one issue, sent him a What's App and he had it sorted within a few hours so I always think it's not the problem itself but how it's dealt with to measure service. Overall a really lovely holiday and the apartment suited our needs perfectly.
