Pet friendly property with ped bed included if needed. Really central for tourist attractions. Cross the road for golf course walks and turn right for beach walks.

Property was smaller than it looked online but perfectly fine. Tucked away and very quiet with all the local Shops and beech a short walk away. A lovely restaurant only a minute walk away.

Hi Bob - thank you for taking the time to review Helena Cottage. Delighted to get your 5* review thanks. Great that you enjoyed your stay and found the cottage / location to your liking. Hope to have you back again soon. Best regards. Brian
A super wee property, brilliant for families but not necessarily for 2 couples as access to second bedroom is through the first (although this is what was advertised so no surprise). Clean and quiet location and very well equipped. Elie a great place and well situated for exploring the East Neuk.

Hi. Delighted you enjoyed your stay and found Helena Cottage well equipped, clean and in great location. Hope to have you back again soon. Best regards. Brian and Susan
Had a great stay at the property which is a very short walk to the beach, less than 4 minutes, and an even shorter walk to the 19th Hole pub. Set back from the road, in a quiet position. Parking is on the road but we had no issues finding a space close by. Sunny enclosed garden, ideal if you have a dog.

Thank you for the kind review. Delighted you found the cottage comfortable, well equipped and in a handy location. Thanks for staying with us, and hope to have you back again soon. Brian & Susan
Overall a positive experience, owner was very good at helping troubleshoot
The downside was the only access to the second bedroom was via the main bedroom which was not ideal as if people stay in the twin room and need to use bathroom during the night they need to walk through the main bedroom. We had my parents stay for the night and to get around this we slept on sofa bed which is very uncomfortable - mattress very thin and dips in the middle (not for 2 people to sleep on)

Thank you Wendy for taking the time to post a review. I’m glad you enjoyed your stay, and found your queries were answered swiftly. We note in the listing that the twin bedroom is accessed via the king bedroom, that the sofa bed sleeps one, and double check this configuration suits guests when booking for more than two adults. It was a pleasure to have you stay. Thank you for choosing Helena Cottage, and hope to have you back again soon. Brian
