The Domaine du Gaout Bénat, located in the area of Bormes-les-Mimosas (Provence- Alpes-Côte d'Azur), is a privileged area of the Mediterranean. It is a private domain with a caretaker, on a land of magnificent vegetation stretching over more than 160ha. It enjoys a beautiful beach facing the Hyères Islands.



In this green area, the holidayhomes have all been built using the dry stones from the Bormes quarries, and they all melt into the landscape, behind the pine and cork oak trees. “Les Eucalyptus” offers a very pleasant 600m garden planted with trees, nice terraces and private pool (7x4m-heated from end march until end october).



A beautiful beach with only access for the residents of Gaou Benat is at 450 m. On this beach are a lot of fun activities such as a restaurant, mini-market, tennis courts, sailing club and swimming teacher during the high season.



A peaceful and natural place in an extraordinary setting, right in the heart of the French Riviera.
