Featuring a homey indoor area and even better outdoors, the holiday home is distributed into a lovely living area and a bedrooms area. The first thing you will find is the coquettish dining-living room that shares space with a completely-equipped open kitchen. The rustic features of the room add charm to the already-cosy area. A stove helps warm the ambience up, whereas the ceiling fans provided in the living room and bedrooms are useful if you decide to rent this villa in summer. The other part of the house welcomes one bedroom with one double bed, and one bedroom with two single beds, as well as one bathroom with shower. Both bedrooms have air conditioning.

The house lies in a fenced plot, where there are a covered parking lot; however, it’s in the backyard where you will spend most of your time. In fact, you can have your breakfast with a view in the covered porch provided with a dining area. The pool area is situated right behind a wall that divides it from the porch. Amazing villa

Quality and standard of villa was excellent, we wanted a remote location and that is what we got, however I feel a bit of information about the mountainous drive would have maybe prepared us to what we were going to have to drive to get there . Maybe a heated pool but we had a lot of cloud when we were there so that may have kept it cool .

Das Haus ist 23 Minuten von der Autobahn entfernt. Es liegt unter Hügeln, aber für mich musste ich darüber hinwegkommen, was ich am Ende sehr genossen habe und ruhig. Das Haus hat alles, was man braucht, und der Kontakt mit dem Eigentümer ist sehr gut. Das Haus hat einen schönen Pool, aber das hat mir nichts ausgemacht Mit dem Auto finden Sie einen Eroski-Supermarkt. Die Fahrt nach Marbella dauert etwa 1,5 Stunden.

Très belle maison de campagne parfaitement meublée et équipée et d'une propreté irréprochable. Télévision et wifi fonctionnent très bien. Superbe vue sur les collines autour avec aperçu mer. L'accès jusqu'au bord de mer (15 km) se fait par une route en bon état mais très tortueuse. La propriétaire, Isabel, et son mari, José, sont d'une grande gentillesse et prêts à vous aider si besoin. La ville de Competa (à 5 km) possède tous les services (supermarchés, banque, cafés, restaurants, centre médical, vétérinaire, etc...). Maison idéale pour un séjour reposant, au calme.

jolie petite maison tres bien equipee ,avec une tres belle vue sur la mer et les montagnes nous avons passe un agreable sejour nous remercions Isabel et Jose pour leur accueil chaleureux , et pour les mangues qui etaient delicieuses ,on s'est regale. on a passe d'agreable vacances ,la maison est confortable et on a bien profite de la terrasse avec cette magnifique vue sur la mer et les montagnes on reviendra Dominique et Evelyne (septembre 2018)

Die Unterkunft liegt in der Nähe von Competa in ca. 630m Höhe. Im Sommer also gut auszuhalten, da auch immer ein leichter Wind geht. Um in den netten, kleinen Ort mit etwa 3600 Einwohnern zu gelangen ist ein Auto von Vorteil. Im Zentrum gibt es drei Supermärkte, in denen man alles Nötige bekommt. In Torrox (ca. 30 min. Autofahrt) gibt es einen Aldi und Lidl. Die Ausstattung ist hervorragend, uns hat nichts gefehlt. Außerdem war alles sauber, genug Handtücher, Mückensteckdosen usw. Es gibt zwar keine Klimaanlage, aber uns haben die Deckenventilatoren gereicht. Isabel und ihre Familie waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, der Pool wurde regelmäßig gereinigt. Wir haben einige Orte/Städte besucht, die gut zu erreichen waren wie z.B. Torrox, Nerja, Maro, Malaga, Mijas, Frigiliana ... Also, Daumen hoch von uns. Wir würden nochmal wiederkommen und können die Unterkunft durchaus weiterempfehlen.

Na bij aankomst lang gewacht te hebben voor de sleutel, bleek de eigenaar zeer hulpvaardig en de acc

Na bij aankomst lang gewacht te hebben voor de sleutel, bleek de eigenaar zeer hulpvaardig en de accommodatie prachtig gelegen in de bergen met uitzicht tot aan zee. De outillage was perfect. Je moet wel 45 min over een bochtige doch goede weg om de kust te bereiken en visa versa. Een aanrader ! We komen er graag terug.

Petit maison vraiment bien ! Exactement comme sur les photos. Des propriétaires très sympa et disponible. Le grand calme, une vue extraordinaire mer d'un côté, montagne de l'autre. Le village de Cómpeta et vraiment très agréable à vivre. Bref aucun regret sur notre choix, nous y retournerons s'en problème, je recommande cette petite maison.

Sehr nette Leute, schöne Gegend, viel Ruhe, sehr gute Versorgungsmöglichkeiten. Tolle Restaurants. Muy bien. Wir sind sehr froh das wir uns für Ihr Haus entschieden haben. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Es war für uns wie ein zweites Zuhause. Wir würden wenn es unsere Zeit zulässt sehr gerne wiederkommen. Todo en uno, muy muy muy bien ;-)
