The twin bedroom and larger double bedroom with small ensuite shower room are on the top floor.

This home away from home was absolutely perfect for us. We were within easy walking distance to all the highlights of York. The house itself was clean, roomy, and comfortable. I would definitely stay here again with my family. It was lovely!
This house is well equipped for a large group and so well situated for everything in the center of York. The property manager was especially helpful to us with a couple of small issues which we couldn't solve ourselves.

In an excellent position for the city, quiet but the sights of York on your doorstep. Lovely house, very spacious and light.
Back yard could have been made a more pleasant place to sit out, rather scruffy.
We had a family of 8 including two teenagers and the house and location of the house could not have been more perfect. Short walk to everything and several food markets a block away as well. We arrived by train and didn't need a car at all. The back garden could have used some maintenance as the butterfly bush was out of control and taking over the patio area but we enjoyed sitting out front instead. Took evening strolls along the wall and thoroughly enjoyed our visit. Would stay there again.

Beautiful house in an ideal location. Most of the house was immaculate but the oven let the house down. The grill pan was disgusting so we couldn’t use it and the oven hadn’t been cleaned. When we read the description of the house it stated three and a half bedrooms. That was not the case. We had one enduite shower and one shower over a bath. That was difficult with six of us and one lady was not that mobile so a shower over a bath was a challenge. We would not have booked the house if we’d known this.
We stayed here for 4 nights. Beautiful, spacious house situated within a short walking distance of all the main attractions. Clean comfortable beds, lovely bath and shower rooms, kitchen had every appliance and utensil etc we needed. Guest handbook gave a bit of history to the property along with instructions for all the appliances. Basement was great for the teens to watch tv and good wifi throughout the house (definitely a bonus with two teens )! We had a lovely comfortable stay!
Words and photos don’t do justice to this beautiful house! Perfect for what we needed for a group of friends to stay in order to attend our wedding. Parking space was an added bonus!
Excellent location, beautiful property, everything you need.
Fabulous house in the best location.
Had a few hiccups ( trying to get the key from the key safe) someone at the end of the phone. Brilliant house, brilliant location.
