Wir haben uns mit vier nahezu Erwachsenen sehr wohl gefühlt, hatten zwar einen Leihwagen, um fernere Ziele zu erkunden, waren aber mit dieser prima gelegenen Wohnung zu Fuß schnell im Supermarkt, am Strand und bei Restaurants. Besonders den Balkon haben wir viel genutzt: Frühstück, Kaltgetränk, Strandwäsche aufhängen... Empfehlenswert!

Vacaciones fabulosas

Es el segundo año que mi Pareja y yo pasamos dos semanas estupendas en el alojamiento de Eduardo. La casa es tal y como aparece en las fotos: sencilla, còmoda y decorada con mucho gusto. Tiene todas las facilidades para pasar unos días tranquilo: una terraza estupenda para desayunar y cenar, utensilis de cocina, vajilla, mucho espacio para almacenaje… Las camas son muy Comodas y hay ventiladores de techo en ambas habitaciones por lo que la temperatura para dormir es ideal. La casa esta a unos 8 minutos del centro, en una zona tranquila y poco ruidosa, pero lo suficientemente cerca como para poder ir a tomar algo al centro por las noches. La comunicación con Eduardo ha sido muy fácil, y la entrada y salida del piso muy cómodas. ¡Repetiremos seguro!

Un alojamiento muy recomendable

El apartamento tal y como lo indicaba es moderno muy limpio agradable y muy bien equipado. No nos ha faltado de nada. A 10 min andando de una playa ideal. Los supermercados, el centro de Conil todo muy cerca. La única pega no está relacionada con el apartamento sino con el pueblo. Conil está demasiado masificado. Nos hubiera gustado algo más tranquilo.

apartamento está bien,cerca de la playa, completo, el problema es, que los colchones son del año de la pera, horribles,tanto es así, que,le pedimos al dueño que nos cambiara el colchón,y nos trajo una espuma para una cama individual,le solicitamos otro para la cama de mi pareja y la respuesta fue,va a ser que no, vergonzoso, ,una semana,mi espalda merece mejor trato,y las sartenes,en la basura las hay mejores,,porca miseria,

Die Ferienwohnung ist gut ausgestattet und ist nicht weit vom Zentrum und auch nicht weit vom Strand entfernt. Es gibt einen Supermarkt und Restaurants in der Nähe. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter und zur Kontaktperson vor Ort war sehr angenehm.

Toller Badeort

Das Apartment liegt am Rand des Stadtzentrums an verkehrsreicher Straße. Trotzdem ist Strand und das Zentrum gut in 10 Min. zu Fuß erreichbar. Supermarkt, Bäcker und Restaurants gleich um die Ecke. Die Apartmentanlage verfügt über eigene Tiefgarage, Einfahrt ist allerdings eng (für kleinere Autos kein Problem). Kein WLAN. Vor Ort wurde Übergabe nur durch spanisch sprechenden Mann durchgeführt. Versteht leider kein Englisch, sodass wir keine Fragen stellen konnten. Eduardo,der Eigner, war jedoch per Mail erreichbar, sodass wir das Wesentlichste klären konnten. Das Haus ist sehr hellhörig, also nichts für geräuschempfindliche Menschen. Ansonsten ist alles was man braucht da, die Küche mit einem modernen Herd ausgestattet. 2 Schlafzimmer mit Ventilatoren, im WZ Klimaanlage.

Apartamento muy cómodo, seminuevo, muy bien cuidado, cercano al centro del pueblo y de la playa (10 Min andando a ambos sitios), y a la vez muy tranquilo y sin ruidos. Nos recibió Fernando, un amigo de Eduardo, muy amable y atento. Hemos disfrutado mucho nuestra estancia en Conil. Sin duda si volvemos a Conil repetiríamos nuestra estancia en el apartamento de Eduardo.

Apartamento impecable con todo lo necesario para pasar unos días en este precioso pueblo. La atención de los propietarios ha sido excelente y la equipación del apartamento es muy completa. Cuenta con 2 habitaciones y tiene parking, aunque se trata de una zona de fácil aparcamiento. A tan solo unos minutos de la playa a la que puedes ir andando en un pequeño paseo.

This is a very nice apartment - comfortable, clean and everything is in very good shape. You won’t miss anything! There also is a dedicated parking place in a garage but I usually parked in front of the house. For Conil itself you generally won't need a car because everything is in close range. Two supermarkets, one of them with fresh fish are close by. The city center is only a 5 minute walk away. The beach can be reached within 10 minutes. Communication with the owner is very friendly and fast. Muchas gracias.
