This stunning three-bedroom house offers picturesque views of the Perast islands. It is a traditional waterfront seaside summer house, complete with a front platform beach 80 meters away.

Guests can enjoy breathtaking panoramic sea views overlooking the Kotor Bay Fjord and the islands of Perast.

Our holiday home is designed to provide an unparalleled 'home away from home' experience. It is comfortable, spacious, featuring abundant natural light.
the house spans two levels, offering a total living space of 130 square meters, complemented by a 80 square meter outdoor terrace & courtyard.
It provides guests with complete relaxation and privacy.

fully equipped with air conditioning in every room and a Wi-Fi internet connection. The house itself is situated on the edge of a hill, providing a view of the clear, twinkling waters of Kotor Bay.

The towns of Risan and Perast are just a 5-minute drive away. A short drive of less than 5 minutes will take you to the beach, or if you prefer a more leisurely option, you may swim in the sea directly in front/under of our house .

This is a wonderful house, full of character, located in an exquisite area rich in culture and natural beauty. Our prices are inclusive of all fees, with no hidden charges.

Bon séjour

La propriété n'est pas à la hauteur de la vue qui est unique...les abords de la maison manque d'entretien , manque également de soins dans le ménage de l'appartement (lits et salles de bains impeccables mais frigo et sol à revoir). La grande terrasse est super agréable, très tranquille et pas de vis à vis. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour.

Perfect holiday in a spectacular location.

Thank you Ron for hosing us at your property. your house is well maintained and comfortable for day to day living. the views are breathtaking. we spent many hours setting in the outdoor terrace watching the sail boats goes by. lovely jetty downstairs to sunbed or to take a swim. Kotor bay with its picturised towns of Perast, Tivat and Kotor are one of a kind experience. we recommend!

A beautiful and memorable house!

We love everything. The villa is just 5 minutes drive away from Risan Petra and a 10 minutes drive away from the must visit village of Perast. We used the kitchen every day and we didn't miss anything. we stayed with teenagers kids and they loved it, especially Kayaking in the sheltered bay. The view is amazing and the location encouraged us to do the 2km walk into Risan alongside the bay every morning which was wonderful. You can find all the equipment in the villa that you need like filter coffee machine, toast machine, hairdryer etc.. Boka Kotorska bay with it's hill Vrmac is walking and biking paradise. There are 36 km of walking trails and when you are on a top of a hill the view is stunning. Thanks for everything)) we defiantly recommend!
