You contacted me on the day of check in asking what the key safe code was when I had sent you all the check in details beforehand, I was having a scan at the hospital at the time you called me and had to ask to go outside so I could take your call, not great when you simply had not read what I had sent you and when I told you I was at hospital there was no apology for not reading my message.

My niece and I were in town to check her into her masters program so not much time for tourism, however the flat is ideally suited to explore the Royal Mile and environs. The beds are comfortable, the kitchen well-stocked, and the robes are a lovely touch. I’d definitely stay here again. Perhaps the next time with my husband and good walking shoes to get to know Edinburgh a bit better. Thanks very much Debbie for a lovely stay!

We were very unsatisfied with this listing. The photos and reviews portrayed an inviting, up-to-date unit, but what we found was an older unit with older furniture, a barely functioning shower, older appliances, and a musty-type smell. We believe this unit was misrepresented. The price charged for the unit was way above what we felt was reasonable and this was a poor value. We would not stay at this unit again under any circumstances.

Great location!

It was a really good location and clean and supplied with enough towels… second bed is okay not very comfortable but fine for a few days… communication with host was excellent and includes Netflix use which was appreciated!

Convenient and pleasant

This property is bery convenient to the old town city center. It is clean, comfortable, and has everything needed for a stay. Cozy but comfortable for 2-3 people.

Awesome location

My daughter and I stayed there and the location was perfect . We didn’t realize until our last day that we were literally across the street from Holyrood Castle and that the hop on hop off stop was in front of the apartment ! Could have been a better location !!

Quiet Neighborhood & Close to Sights

This was a lovely home for us, was clean, had plenty of towels, etc., and in a quiet neighborhood. It was easy to get into town to see the sights and have dinner. The host responded quickly when we were confused about how to adjust the heater. We’d stay here again.

Great little spot

It’s in a great location - short walk or even shorter bus ride to the main city center but also right off of royal mile. Close enough but far enough away that it’s quiet and peaceful. Although they offer a blow up mattress (I think I saw one in the closet), it is quite small, so best for 1 person or a couple! Thanks!

Phenomenal location

We stayed here twice at the beginning and end of our holiday in Scotland. Check-in is wonderful and the location cannot be beat. Once we parked the car, we did not have to drive any further within Edinburgh. On the second check, we had issues with the apartment being cleaned, which were quickly rectified within an hour. We would highly recommend and stay here again.
