A project born to propose an innovative holiday concept, which aims to rediscover the idea of travel and enhancement of free time through direct contact with nature. Ideal place to rediscover the pleasure of a vacation between young people and older people with targeted activities. This newly built real estate project overlooking the waters of the bay of Punta ala, has a private swimming pool and direct access to a natural beach. Surrounded by a 6000 m2 private garden and bordering a larger nature reserve, it guarantees the maximum privacy, security and comfort required, while immersed in the almost untouched nature of the Mediterranean scrub. The property offers its guests a tennis / football field with synthetic grass, the possibility of organizing private boat excursions to discover the Tuscan archipelago as well as a whole host of other activities and high quality services that can make the stay an authentic experience.
Villa Maestrale is located a few minutes from the Punta Ala Golf Club, one of the five most beautiful golf courses in Europe and from the port of Punta Ala.
Siena, Pisa, San Gimignano and other historic Tuscan towns are only a few kilometers away from the property. The structure is characterized by an elegant modern design, technological systems and photovoltaic system for high energy efficiency.
The property also has a concierge service.
The stay includes 3 hours of daily cleaning, excluding Saturday and Sunday, 1 total change of linen per week, consumption (*) and pool / garden maintenance.

Super schöne Location!

Wir hatten eine erholsame wunderschöne Zeit! Das ganze Haus ist sehr sauber, auch der riesige Garten ist gepflegt und komplett eingezäunt, was für uns mit kleinen Hunden sehr praktisch war. Unter der Woche wird das Haus täglich gereinigt, auch der Gärtner schaut für Ordnung. Die Zimmer sind schön eingerichtet, klimatisiert und verfügen über eigene schöne Badezimmer. Die Küche ist gross und mit genügend Geschirr etc. ausgestattet. Die Aussicht ist herrlich! Lorenzo ist sehr freundlich und gibt auch gerne Tips für Ausflüge, Restaurants usw. Wir können diese Ferienvilla bestens empfehlen.

Ein Traum in Punta Ala

Lorenzo Riscioni und seine Familie haben ein traumhaftes Anwesen an der toskanischen Küste. Das Haus in dem wir wohnten (zugegeben nicht billig) ist seinen Preis wert. Lorenzo hat uns wertvolle Tipps gegeben – immer für uns in sehr guten Restaurants einen Tisch reserviert - und war auch sonst immer für uns da. Das Haus und die Lage ist ein Traum. Einzige Wermutstropfen, man hört die Straße, die zum Hafen von Punta Ala führt und (zumindest im September) ist die Sonne um 18 Uhr schon weg. Fabio der Verwalter hat sich um Haus und Garten immer gut gekümmert. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und kommen gerne wieder.
