The front of the property is 6 steps up from the road leading into a sitting/dining area with table and 4 chairs, 2 sofas and a wood burning stove. There is also a TV with Netflix access, DVD and WiFi.
The fully equipped kitchen has an electric oven, gas hob, dishwasher, fridge, washing machine and microwave. There is also a small freezer.
Upstairs, the shower room has a fixed rainfall shower with a seperate shower attachment, WC and basin.
Bedroom 1 has a king size bed and TV.
Bedroom 2 has a bunk bed suitable for children or adults.
The outdoor area is enclosed with a patio, chairs and table and outside storage space.
The property has gas central heating, and on street parking to the front subject to availability.
Towels and bed linen are provided.
There is also a travel cot, highchair, baby bath and stair gates.
Additional Information
It is a flat easy 15 minute walk to Crooklets Beach with its beach cafe, then on to Bude's natural seapool and Summerleaze Beach.
Both beaches are suitable for swimming or surfing.
There is also a gentle inclined 15 minute walk across the 18 hole golf course into Bude town centre with its selection of interesting shops, restaurants and bistros.
The Bude wharf area leads to the canal and also has more shops, a bistro and floating barge serving food and drink.
There is also a castle with a museum, art gallery and cafe.
