Spacious one bedroom riverside apartment

Modern, fully furnished apartment near East Putney and Wandsworth town stations. We are going abroad for the summer and therefore looking for a small family or couple to rent the property whilst we are away. The flat does have a second bedroom, but this is not currently available to guests. If you are interested in the property but need the second bedroom please message to negotiate.

The flat faces the river and is five minutes walk from Wandsworth Park, which is a beautiful green space next to the river with a tennis court, children's play area and mini golf course. Wimbledon Tennis is easily accessible either by foot (40minutes) by tube or bus within 30 minutes.

There are lots of bars and restaurants nearby and the train from Wandsworth Town takes 15mins to Waterloo which is a gateway to central London.

Our apartment is a great place from which to explore London, without the stress and strain of staying in the city centre. We are in Zone 2 and can travel to museums and tourist attractions very easily.

The apartment is spacious and light with wooden floor throughout. Large master bedroom complete with Super Kingsize bed, very comfortable mattress, large mirrored wardrobes and smart TV.

The living area has a balcony, large sofa, television and dining area. The Kitchen area is modern and equipped with everything you will need for your stay.

We live in a very safe neighbourhood and the development has 24 hour security and concierge on site. There is a Sainsbury's local convenience store within the development and a 24 hour gym which guests can access.
