We rent a lot of summer condos but, this was the best. Excellent communication with property management company made check in / out easy and turnkey as possible. Nicely decorated for beach. Don't hesitate.

Beautiful area great location

The condo area at Folly Beach was a great set up for the location when visiting the beach, downtown Charleston, Yorktown, and Sullivan’s island! Walking distance to many shops and restaurants!

We have stayed at Charleston Oceanfront Villas before---this unit is beyond perfect. Owner thought of EVERYTHING, and it was sooooo clean! You could not ask for anything more.

Cute condo, kitchen well stocked. Patio was great for sunrises! Only cons were the cleaning crew missed a few things….dirty towels in one bathroom, towels left in dryer, master bathroom floor was dirty and I found a potato chip on the living room rug. If they can improve the cleaning process, we would definitely stay again sometime.

We chose this property for a C of C graduation home base and it worked perfectly!! The kitchen was well stocked and proximity was just right with the beach benefit! Would totally stay here again!

Awesome place to stay!

Our stay was excellent. Rooms, decors, bathrooms all are updated. Everything was well kept. Kitchen had everything we needed. This specific unit is on the 2nd floor and had a great view. Sometimes you have noise issues in buildings like these, we had no issues with noice or thin walls. We were there for 4th of July and the local fireworks were set off at the end of our building. Our family went downstairs in the property grassy area and enjoy what seemed to be our own private the firework festivities. The property provided shopping carts to bring up your luggage and groceries which was a nice touch to not have to take so many trips up on the elevator. The area is amazing ... quiet old school beach town. Locals are friendly. Great stay!!
