If location is a priority, then hit the jackpot with this modern and practical home situated in the coastal village of Brancaster Staithe. Marsh Tide is just two minutes walk from the award-winning The White Horse gastropub and Marshside Bar, and perfectly placed to easily access many other attractions that North Norfolk has to offer.

Offering single level accommodation for multi-generational family holidays or groups of friends who love North Norfolk's big skies, the coastal life, access to amazing pubs, fresh seafood, walking and sailing, Marsh Tide ticks all the boxes. This easy Scandi style home-from-home welcomes you with a open-plan living area, a fantastic sociable space where everyone can muck in with the cooking, share mealtimes, plans and stories of their day but also, and very importantly, chill out and relax. When it's time to retire, for the adults in the group there are three bedrooms (super-king, king-size and double, all with comfy beds) and for the younger members of the party, there is a bunk room with four beds, all with their own funky lockers that they will love. There are two bathrooms, one of which is en-suite, and also a large family bathroom with both a bath and separate shower. Practical both inside and out, the secure landscaped garden has a large table, perfect for dining al fresco or enjoying the spectacular noisy skeins of geese flying directly overhead in autumn and winter. There is even a kennel for dogs who prefer to sleep outside.

Just across the coast road is a walker's and birder's paradise coast path, and a very well known pub, The White Horse, which has a wonderful terrace enjoying views of marsh and sea at high tide. This venue is very popular with locals, sailors and everyone who loves good food. There is an award winning café, boutiques, a small supermarket, and petrol station just down the road too, as well as a nature shop selling all the paraphernalia required by keen birdwatchers. A very short drive or bike ride away are spectacular Brancaster beach, trendy Burnham Market and elegant Holkham Hall. Marsh Tide really does cater for all ages and interests.

Wonderful house in perfect location

We absolutely loved our stay at Dushi. Beds were so comfy and the kids loved the bunk beds and lockers! Great space in living area for family entertaining. Perfect location for walks along the coastal path and near a fabulous pub. Only a short drive to the beach.

Excellent modern home. Great location

An excellent house that served us very well for our 5 day stay. There is a range of small shops and a great coffee truck only minute walk and a few nice pubs too. The street the house is on is a bit grey and not what we expected but the home looks out onto the marsh land and some really nice cottages at the back. It would have been helpful if more than one toilet roll was left per bathroom and also I forgot to bring my own shower gel etc. Small things would have made this house perfect.

Dushi

We had a lovely week at Dushi, there were two couples and 5 children in our party and we all had a wonderful time. The location was fantastic, although not walking distance to a beach, it is a short car trip to many beaches, 2 minutes walk to the shop and pub. The house was lovely with recently refurbished bathrooms, well equipped kitchen and it was really good value for money. The one area I’ve marked down was cleanliness as there were a few dog hairs found on the upper bunks of the bunk beds, other than that that all perfect scores.

Lovely stay in Norfolk

Dushi is beautifully decorated with a well planned outdoor space which we took full advantage of due to the gorgeous weather we had. The view of the sea just behind the houses opposite was a real treat. The double beds are extremely comfy and everyone in our party slept well, the sea air and wine helps with this too! We recommend watching the sunset on Brancaster beach (depending on tide!) it’s absolutely beautiful. Thank you for our lovely stay, we had some much needed family time.

Excellent cottage

The cottage is brand new and sparkling clean. Everything is perfectly designed and convenient. It is few minutes away from the seaside walk and dog friendly. We can highly recommend it. Our kids loved it!
