This lovely 4 ensuite bedroom fully A/C-ed family friendly (heated = add on 240,--€) pool bungalow 200m² bungalow villa is situated in an estate(almost solely existing of big detached pool villas) on one of the highest points in the region between the characteristic Portuguese (former fisher - and 2 of the most popular Algarvian) villages of Carvoeiro and Ferragudo. Limited sea views already from lounge - and pool terrace however going up to the huge 80(!)m² roof terrace will give you lovely 360° views over coastline, Portimão and Monchique hills, especially at night Portimão is magnificent to watch! This modern quality villa consists of 4 bedrooms which all have their own bathroom, 6x(!!) A/C(Daikin, top brand in the world of airconditioning), terrace exit(except one), built in wardrobes, entry hall, enormous south facing ample light flooded double A/C-ed lounge with internet, dining- and seating area, adjoining a fully equipped kitchen.
