Great location

Nice place. Very good location close to main attractions. The house is very old and musty, especially downstairs. No airflow. Nicely decorated and good amenities upstairs. Great property manager.

Charmant vissershuisje. Uitstekende locatie op 50 m van het strand. Veel in de stad is te voet te doen behalve de grote boodschappen. Het service is aan vervanging toe en het rook er enorm muf. Terras bevind zich op de eerste verdieping en de keuken op het gelijkvloers. Dit is niet ideaal. Montserrat en haar man zijn super vriendelijke mensen. Het inchecken ging heel gemakkelijk. Gratis parking op 200m van het verblijf.

SĂ©jour du 05 au 19 juillet 2025.Je mettrais 4 Ă©toiles pour chipoter mais ça mĂ©rite le 5 Les hĂŽtes sont des personnes trĂšs sympathique et trĂšs Ă  l'Ă©coute . La maison vraiment trĂšs bien elle est trĂšs grande (110mÂČ toute en longueur) la petite terrasse avec le BBQ toile d'ombrage et parasole sĂšche linge et parfaite . salle de bain douche XXL lavabo, lave linge .Le top c'est la situation pour passer vos vacances ... un petit bar Ă  tapas juste en bas , juste Ă  traverser route pour aller Ă  la plage , un beau marchĂ© juste en face les jeudi matin , le petit centre ville (boulangerie resto bar tabac... Ă  2 pas de quoi faire les grosse course Ă  5 min en voiture) ... Les doutes que nos avions :- Le parking : il y a 2 parking gratuits Ă  200m ( hormis le vendredi et samedi soir ou j'ai du chercher ou attendre un peux ça se fait sans gros problĂšmes ) en gros j'ai du payer 5 de parking sur les 2 semaines grand max. - Pas de clim : Il y a des ventilateurs dans toute les chambre c'est assez pour passe une bonne nuit la journĂ©e vous ouvrez les fenĂȘtres ou porte devant derriĂšre et vous avez un courant d'aire naturelle (face Ă  la mer) - le bruit sur la place devant . les fenĂȘtres et rideaux de la chambre sont TOP "grasse mat et nuit " garantis Je recommande! mais pas trop, car j'espĂšre pouvoir y revenir..PS: Si je chipote , je dirais au propriĂ©taire de remplacer les ventilateur sur pied par des ventilateurs de plafond "type saloon" et de virer un peu de dĂ©co inutile

SĂ©jour en famille

La maison est trĂšs bien placĂ©e. A cĂŽtĂ© de la plage de St Feliu et Ă  5/10 minutes Ă  pied du centre ville, boutiques, restaurants, pharmacie... Nous avions Ă©tĂ© prĂ©venus par Montserrat que la fĂȘte foraine Ă©tait juste Ă  cĂŽtĂ© donc nous n'avons pas Ă©tĂ© surpris par le bruit. Nous avons l'habitude et cela ne nous a pas trop gĂȘnĂ©, mais des personnes au sommeil lĂ©ger n'auraient pas pu dormir. La cuisine est trĂšs basique, mais nous avons surtout profitĂ© des restaurants Ă  tapas. AccĂšs et dĂ©part de la location en autonomie trĂšs apprĂ©ciable. Les escaliers n'ont pas posĂ© de problĂšme Ă  notre fille de 5 ans. La literie Ă©tait de bonne qualitĂ©.

Perfekte Lage des Hauses

Unser Urlaub war super schön. Ich war mit meiner Freundin und meinen beiden Söhnen dort (4 und 9 Jahre). Das Haus liegt direkt an der Strandpromenade. Auf der Strandpromenade gab es eine Kleinkinderkirmes, die beide Kinder sehr genossen. Drei Strandbars erfĂŒllen EiswĂŒnsche am sauberen Strand. Das Essen in den Restaurants war erschwinglich und lecker. Man erreicht das Haus ĂŒber Treppen. Selbst mit dem Buggy kein Problem. Sonntags gibt es auf der Promenade einen Markt, auf dem man gĂŒnstig Sachen shoppen kann. Wir haben in unseren 10 Tagen lĂ€ngst nicht alle gesehen, was der Ort zu bieten hat. Es ist ein ruhiger Ort, kein Touriverschlag. Mit Kindern optimal. Das Haus ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen und erinnert an ein Fischermuseum. Es war alles vorhanden was wir brauchten und der Kontakt zu den Vermietern auf Deutsch, englisch und spanisch möglich. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Ich freue mich schon sehr auf unseren nĂ€chsten Besuch.

Bon emplacement mais bruyant début août

Location trĂšs bien situĂ©e en centre ville et proche de la plage, intĂ©rieur spacieux, terrasse agrĂ©able quand utilisable. En effet, nous avons eu la mauvaise surprise de dĂ©couvrir Ă  notre arrivĂ©e que la fĂȘte de la ville, certes mentionnĂ©e dans l'annonce est aussi une fĂȘte foraine trĂšs bruyante implantĂ©e au pied et Ă  l’arriĂšre de la maison, donc beaucoup de bruit durant 9 jours, terrasse inutilisable.

Schöne Gegend, aber laut

Das Objekt ist fast direkt an der Promenade gelegen. Das lĂ€d zum morgentlichen Schwimmen nahezu ein und sollte man auch machen. Der Strand und die Bucht sind trotz Yachthafen toll. Aber es ist laut. Schon sehr frĂŒh morgens fahren dort Lkw und Harleys am Objekt vorbei. Das ist sehr schade weil man im Zimmer zur Straße nicht mit offenen Fenster schlafen kann. Ganz besonders zu empfehlen sind die beiden Buchten im Norden. Sollte man sich zu Fuß erschließen.

Nous sommes venus 2 saisons dans cette jolie petite maison de bord de mer tout à fait authentique. Emplacement idéal à 2 pas du port, de la plage, de la ville et de ses restaurants. Nous avons passés d'excellents moments...

un pur moment de détente et de vacances

La location est trÚs bien située, rien ne manque , tout est typique et de bon gout. Les propriétaires sont charmants et toujours attentifs. la ville de San féliu est superbe, toujours animée , vous pouvez déguster des tapas et vous restaurer dans les nombreux bars et restaurants. La plage est superbe et pas surchargée et les criques alentours sont magnifiques. Nous avons passé des vacances familiales superbes ou tous le monde a trouvé sont compte, petit comme grand.

Nous avons passĂ© un excellent sĂ©jour dans cette maison de pĂȘcheur a l'intĂ©rieur dĂ©corĂ© de façon authentique et avec gout. La plage et le bord de mer sont a 100M et nous n'avons que trĂšs peu pris la voiture. Les propriĂ©taires ont Ă©tĂ© charmants et trĂšs accueillant. bar a tapas et restaurant ce trouvent a proximitĂ©, de plus San feliu est une ville trĂšs animĂ©e et il y a un marchĂ© tous les jours. Nous y retournerons sans hĂ©siter.
