Beautiful bright apartment located in the best area of Palermo with 2 bathrooms!

Beautiful apartment located in the best area of Palermo, near the gardens, lots of green areas and beautiful avenida Libertador. This apartment has a unique advantage , with 1 full bathroom and 1 toilette makes it much more confortable and convenient that most apartments of that size. A queen size bed (american size) with a brand new Serta Mattress and blackouts on both rooms. The apartment is very quiet, since the bedroom faces the back and has blackouts for privacy and to block the morning light. Beautiful hardwood floors. Kitchen equipped with everything, dishware, new refrigerator with freezer, new coffee maker and toaster and new microwave oven.
New dining table with 4 chairs. Also a very large balcony with a table and 2 chairs to enjoy the sun and evening hours.
Located in Palermo Chico, just a few blocks of trendy and convenient Boulevar Cervino with many restaurants, stores and coffee shops. Supermarkets around the corner. Also a few blocks from Alto Palermo, where in the Alto Palermo Shopping Center you can find many stores, cinemas and restaurants. All of this is walking distance, just a few blocks.

Amazing stay at this apartment in Buenos Aires

I had an amazing stay at this apartment in Buenos Aires! The location was unbeatable – situated right in the heart of the city, it was easy to walk to so many popular attractions, restaurants, and cafes. Whether exploring Recoleta, Palermo, or nearby parks, everything felt conveniently close. The property owner was incredibly responsive and attentive, always available to answer questions and ensure that everything went smoothly during my stay. Their quick communication made me feel welcome and well taken care of. I’d highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-located place in Buenos Aires with excellent service.

Great place to stay in Buenos Aires

I had the absolute pleasure of spending 10 days at this fantastic condo in Buenos Aires, and I can confidently say that my experience was nothing short of ideal. The condo's location was a significant plus point - it was situated in an exceptionally safe, well-regulated, and vibrant neighborhood, giving me peace of mind and providing an excellent opportunity to mingle with the local community. Adding to the convenience was a superb steakhouse right next door that served some of the best Argentinian delicacies I had the pleasure of tasting. One of the main highlights was the condo's proximity to several famous Buenos Aires landmarks. The condo itself was in great condition and provided a high standard of comfort. It was clean, tastefully furnished, and equipped with all the amenities that I needed for my stay. Last, but by no means least, the landlord was incredibly responsive and attentive. Any queries or minor issues that arose were promptly addressed with professionalism and a high degree of care.
