This beautifully renovated and decorated condominium is conveniently located off Route 1 just 2 miles from the boardwalk. This property sits in an ideal location just 1 mile from Jungle Jims Water Park, the Park and Ride and a short 2.5 mile drive to Dewey Beach. You can enjoy tax free shopping across the street at Tanger Outlets and walk to several restaurants including Jimmy's Grille, The Crabhouse, Ihop, and A Touch of Italy. You can enjoy a relaxing day on the screened-in deck overlooking the pond, or take a dip in the pool. Our goal is to offer you a carefree, relaxing escape with fresh, clean and comfortable accommodations. We hope you will enjoy our little beach retreat as much we do.

What's included:

KITCHEN: Brand new Whirlpool stainless steel electric range, dishwasher, microwave and refrigerator. Toaster oven, Coffee Maker, Dinnerware, Pots and Pans, Blender, Large Island, Large Breakfast Bar with 4 counter stools.

DINING AREA: Large farmhouse table with seating for 7

LIVING ROOM: Couch and Love Seat, Coffee Table, 50" HD LED TV, Blu-ray Player

SCREENED IN DECK: Two Chairs and table

MASTER BEDROOM - King Bed (Sealy Firm), Dresser, Full Bath, Walk-in-Closet and 32" HD LEDTV.

2ND BEDROOM: Queen Bed (Plush Mattress) Dresser, and 32" HD LED TV

3RD BEDROOM: 2 Full Beds (one Sealy Firm, one Sealy Plush), Dresser and 32" HD LED TV

Linens are INCLUDED at no additional charge (sheets, bedding, bath towels and wash cloths)

WiFi

Beach cart, beach chairs (4) and a family sized Igloo cooler are available for your convenience

Saturday to Saturday weekly rental (check calendar for availability). Send one half of rental fee with the signed lease to hold the reservation. Send the second half of the rental no later than 30 days prior to check along with a refundable $200.00 Security Deposit and upon receipt I will send information regarding check-in. PLEASE NOTE: all payments for holiday and peak season are non-refundable. Must be 25 years of age to reserve. Condo is a second floor unit. No pets of any kind. No smoking

PLEASE NOTE DUE TO COVID 19 and ever changing regulations we cannot guaranty if the pool will be open or the hours and days of operation for the 2020 season.

Had a great mid September stay! So convenient to be able to walk to two sets of outlets as well as great places to eat. OCMD bike week was in full force so we did have some road noise during bedtime. Overall it was clean and the hosts were so accommodating. I would definitely recommend this gem! ing aneach.

Seven of us stayed comfortably in this condo. Short drive to Rehoboth, Dewey & Bethany. Pool was beautiful and well kept. Condo came with a beach umbrella, 4 chairs, a beach cart & igloo cooler which were great perks. The owner was extremely responsive when we had any questions and super understanding and accommodating. Would definitely stay here again!

This unit is perfect. It is well appointed with everything one may need for a relaxing get-away. The kitchen is well stocked, the living room furniture is very comfortable, there's enough seating for dining, the beds are comfy, and the bathrooms are perfect. Great location in Rehoboth

This condo was in GREAT proximity to everything...that includes the beach, shopping and restaurants. Unlike some condos that have the decor dismantled from walls, this condo was well appointed. The balconies were a special place to dine and have girl-time...which after being cooped up because of Covid...was a welcome change. There were kitchen and cupboard supplies that we didn't have to stock up on because they were already there. Again...such a plus for us...less grocery shopping...more beach time. Finally, the owner of the condo provided GREAT communication preparing for our stay in her home. It's nice to know that there was someone immediately close by on the other side of a text or call.

Family vacation

The space was roomie enough for all 8 of us. Comfortable and convenient to almost everything. Communication with host was immediate. It was nice having access to the pool for the evenings we just wanted to stay in or for the kiddies to release energy. It’s a second floor level with a landing mid point. Easy climb. Also loved the fact that there are beach chair for your use. Great place highly recommend.
