V3 Housing with a private pool, located about 2 minutes walking distance from Lota Beach, near Manta Rota, offers a perfect refuge for families, couples, or groups of friends looking for comfort and leisure in the Algarve. The two-story property is spacious and fully equipped, ensuring a memorable stay.



On the ground floor, you will find the entrance hall, a bathroom with a shower, a pantry with a washing machine, a fully equipped kitchen, and a spacious living room. Both the living room and the kitchen provide access to the extraordinary exterior, which includes a covered area with an awning, ideal for outdoor meals with a table, chairs, barbecue, sink, and outdoor shower. The pool area, facing north, has sun loungers, and the garage with an electric gate allows parking the vehicle with interior access.



The first floor has three bedrooms: two with double beds (one en suite) and one with two single beds, offering comfortable accommodation for up to six people. There are two bathrooms with bathtubs, one en suite and another for common use, and the main bedroom has access to a generous south-facing balcony with a sea view.



The kitchen is equipped with a combined refrigerator, cooktop, oven, toaster, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, electric kettle, and dishwasher. The dwelling has air conditioning in all areas, mosquito nets on the windows, Wi-Fi and MEO TV. To reinforce safety, there are smoke detection sensors in all main areas and a combined smoke and CO₂ sensor in the kitchen.



Located about 200 meters from Lota Beach and 250 meters from Manta Rota Beach, the dwelling allows direct access to the sea through a wooden pedestrian walkway. Nearby are cafes, restaurants, supermarket, ATM and other amenities. The accommodation does not allow pets and is not suitable for youth groups. Private parking in the garage ensures safety for your vehicle.

Amazing house and swimming pool

Very good house, close to the beach and with an amazing swimming pool. Couple of issues at start like kettle not working but the agency was extremely efficient and quick to respond and solve problem. Thank you to all the team at Algarve Manta for providing a great holiday experience. Basic essentials like toilet paper should be in the house pre arrival.

Profissionais sérios e disponíveis em todas as ocasiões. A casa onde ficamos estava muito bem localizada em zona sossegada e perto da praia. Casa muito bem equipada com todas as condições necessárias para umas férias descansadas. Recomendo Tivemos a visita do técnico de manutenção da piscina a meio da semana, que simplesmente abriu a porta sem tocar, o que nos incomodou um pouco, pois caso não estivéssemos em casa entraria sem qualquer problema, sem que nos apercebêssemos.
