It was awful we travelled from Nottingham to Cornwall because they said they r open and when we get there that place was close. When we try to talk with the property manager or the staff they were really rude and they don’t even know how to talk with costumer. Rather then apologising they were trying to blame us about the booking which is really ridiculous, staff need to know about their work and manners properly. Even if we visit Cornwall next time there’s no way that we gonna stay in this place or even book. Horrible experience because of this one booking we needed to drive 13hrs in one day. STAFF NEED TO KNOW HOW TO BEHAVE AND TREAT THEIR CUSTOMERS!

"Absolutely disgraceful "You booked a one night stay in a static caravan in Cornwall despite being illegal to travel whilst in lockdown We are no way responsible for your stupidity. It was your decision to travel 6 hours "Who travels anyway to stay for one night with 5 adults and a small child in a small car" Thats illegal for a start". We will not break the law as it currently stands. You contacted HomeAway and ask them if it was okay, but you never contacted us direct. They of course told you that it was okay, despite after speaking with you on your arrival that it was not We refunded you what monies you Paid despite us not receiving any payment You are a stupid idiot that needs to understand the law. Your actions are a disgrace maybe we need to reported to the authorities but we will not be blamed for your stupid actions. As for apologising maybe you need to rethink that and maybe apologising to us all for your actions putting us all at risk whilst the lockdown was in place
