The Space:
The newly renovated 120-square-meter apartment is located on Madrid's Gran Vía, in an iconic building just a few meters from Plaza de España. The apartment features a wraparound terrace with stunning views of Gran Vía and the Royal Palace, La Almudena, and more. It's so central that you can walk to all the city's attractions.
The building has three elevators and a doorman during the week.
The apartment has three double bedrooms, two with two single beds and the other with a 150 cm bed. All bedrooms have built-in wardrobes, air conditioning, and a TV.
It also has two full bathrooms with showers and hairdryers.
Body wash and shampoo are provided.
The apartment also includes a full kitchen with a refrigerator, microwave, induction cooktop, dishwasher, and all necessary kitchenware. It also has a separate laundry room within the apartment with a washer and dryer.
All rooms have individual air conditioning and Wi-Fi with exclusive 200 Mb internet access.
The apartment comes with sheets and towels.

Gran Via is the center of Madrid. Besides having an impressive architecture full of history, it is close to all tourist and shopping attractions.

Apartment is better than advertised!Clean, good layout, the balcony is incredible, full of amenities and a stocked kitchen, great communication (super helpful and answered all of my questions), excellent location, nice building...If you're coming to Madrid, THIS is the apartment you want.

Spotless, close to old town, great views!
Loved the views from the terrace. You cannot tell from the listing but the terrace wraps around the corner of the building and it’s all yours! Beautiful sunset, views of Royal Castle and much more. Comfortable beds and living area. Perfect!
