MH25- 2 Bed Apartment Mojon Hills
This apartment is located on the popular coastal development of Mojon Hills, close to the traditional Spanish village of Isla Plana. The apartment has large terraces which face the sun all day long!
The accommodation comprises: entrance into open plan living area, with modern furniture and ample seating, large flat screen TV and comfortable seating. The dining area seats 4 in comfort, and French windows lead out onto the terrace, offering the chance to dine in the sunshine, whatever the season! The galley kitchen is compact but well equipped, making the apartment ideal for family breaks or a longer stay through the Winter months. There is a large fridge freezer, oven and hob, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee machine, juicer and washing machine. A side door leads out onto the very large terraced area, with cosy corners for sunbathing.
The corridor leads to the shower room, with shower cubicle, basin and WC and there are 2 bedrooms. The main bedroom has a double bed and built in wardrobes, with French windows leading onto the terrace. The smaller room also has built in wardrobes, and twin beds. The flexible sleeping arrangements will suit familes and couples.
Externally, this apartments benefits from an extra large terrace, with sun loungers in which to laze away the sunny days, and there is also a patio set and parasol so that guests can eat on the terrace in the shade. The apartment has a secure underground parking space for clients use, and use of the resort´s communal pools. There are four gated pools on the resort, surrounded by sun huts and grass, making the area safe and secure for children.
The younger members of the family will adore the sandy beaches of Isla Plana, which are just a short walk away from the complex, and a larger selection of beaches are to found in Puerto de Mazarrón, Bahia and Bolnuevo. Many are blue flag beaches meeting European quality standards.
The new marina at Puerto de Mazarron is also a short drive away, and here you will also find a large selection of shops, bars and restaurants. Whilst a car is not essential, we recommend car hire to fully enjoy the area. The Mojon Hills complex is ideally placed to visit Cartagena, Mazarrón and the Sierra Espuñas inland. Whatever the season, there is something close by to enjoy!

L’appartement n’est pas très grand mais est confortable. Par contre mal équipé. Étendage cassé, vaisselle ébréchée. De plus le soir la cuisine est envahie de fourmis . J’aurais aimé recevoir les conditions d’arrivée avant notre arrivée sans que je sois obligée de les demander à 2 reprises.

L'étendage cassé est déjà remplacé par un nouveau. si l' étendage était cassé, vous auriez dû nous appeler et nous pourrons vous en apporter un nouveau. si vous aviez besoin de choses, vous auriez dû nous le dire, si vous ne nous appelez pas, nous ne savons pas si quelque chose est cassé et nous ne pouvons pas vous aider. vous ne nous avez donc pas donné la possibilité pour résoudre l' étendage cassé ou vous apporter des objets supplémentaires pour la cuisine car vous ne nous avez pas appelé ni envoyé de message. à propos des fourmis, tout d'abord, nous ne savons pas qu'il y a des fourmis, car vous ne nous avez pas envoyé des photos. à votre arrivée il n'y avait pas de fourmis. Nous ne savons pas non plus comment vous quittez votre appartement pendant votre séjour. il y a des terrasses et certainement avec le temps chaud en Espagne, cela signifie que si vous avez mangé, vous devez nettoyer tous les restes de nourriture, nettoyer le sol tous les jours et sortir les poubelles tous les jours. nous savons par expérience que tout le monde ne fait pas cela tous les jours, ce qui donne des fourmis. Si vous aviez appelé, nous pourrions vous aider en vous apportant un spray contre les fourmis, mais vous n'avez pas appelé. Pour les messages d'arrivée vous avez envoyé sur vrbo que nous ne pouvons pas voir tout le temps car nous ne recevons pas tout le temps de sms ou d'email de vrbo. vous ne nous avez pas appelé au téléphone ni envoyé de messages par WhatsApp ou sms.
