Beautiful house in a small village

We had a super nice stay at Casa das Furnazinhas. The house really has everything you need, there was even a food processor and Tupperware. The outdoor area is really cute as well as the house. It is located in a small village, and the next beaches are approximately 30-40 minutes away which was totally fine for us. On the way to the beaches are also plenty of large supermarkets, we visited to cook for ourselves. We had a WhatsApp group with the owners, which made communication during our stay super easy. They responded super quickly and were always very helpful. Also, this area of the Algarve is very calm and not as touristy as the Western part. We would definitely come back. Thank you!

Hidden Gem in Portugal

My husband and I spent over a month traveling around Portugal and staying in a number of VRBOs. This was our second-last stop and we were looking forward to a stay in the country. It ended up being our favorite place and we only wish we had longer to stay! As soon as we opened the door, we knew we had found a hidden gem. The place was spotless, linens perfectly white, floors scrubbed clean, and pool blue and cool. The main bedroom was roomy and the bed was so soft and comfortable! The bathroom was roomy and the shower hot and powerful. The large living area with some flexible seating let us rearrange a bit to make it work for our own needs. We really appreciated the attention to detail that was given in the decor selection. The space has a mix of hard surfaces and soft finishings that is really lovely. Everything contributed to creating a really calming space that you immediately felt at home in. The air conditioning and wifi worked perfectly. The kitchen had all the dishes and gadgets you need to do your own cooking. We were thrilled with the easy check-in, quick responses to questions from our hosts, and true care that we enjoyed our stay. Although in the country, it is an easy drive to get to town and beaches (30 minutes or so), and there is a lot to discover on foot in the area. I would come back to this place in a heartbeat for calm, restorative vacation time or a romantic get away. It was perfect! Thank you so much to our hosts for the amazing experience.

Pure Entschleunigung

Die Ferienwohnung ist ein Juwel. Sie ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet und liegt in einem kleinen, idyllischen Dorf. Täglich kommen Wagen mit Lebensmitteln bringen frischen Fisch, Brot und Gemüse. Neben der Kaffeemaschine, vier Gefrierfächern, einer Spülmaschine, gibt es noch einen Entsafter, ein Waffeleisen, einen Smoothie-Mixer, so dass man sich wunderbar selbst versorgen kann. Ebenso ist reichlich und sehr schönes Geschirr vorhanden. Eigentlich möchte man die Wohnung nur verlassen, um vor der Tür auf der Bank einen Kaffee oder ein Glas Wein zu trinken. Ein rund um gelungener Urlaub. Obrigado!
