This elegant single villa isurrounded by a large private yard and closed by tall bushes that give it a high level of privacy.

Next to the house there is an ample covered patio with garden furniture where to enjoy eating outside or sunbathing.

The private pool is a lovely addition to completely enjoy your time in this relaxingation by the lake garda.

On the ground floor of the house there is a large living and dining area with a fully equipped kitchen. On this floor there are also 2 double bedroom and 1 bathroom. Upstairs on the 1st floor there is a room with a double bed (160x190cm) and a triple room with 3 single beds (2 beds + 1 extra sofa bed). Both rooms on the first floor have an ample terrace.

All 4 bedrooms have airconditioning. No airconditioning in the living areas.

downstairs there is a large basement (inground) with a gym, a sauna: two lovely features for a healthy vacation!

Guests have exclusive access to the private villa, it's private garden and the private pool. Parking inside the property.

We expect all of our guests at their arrival to show them the Villa and leave them the keys. We will be happy to assist our guests with any question they might have during their stay.

- air conditioning in the bedrooms only (not in the living area)
- staff might have to access the proprty during your stay for pool and garden maintenence. If you do not wish to be disturbed please communicate this in advance.
- If possible we are happy to accomodate for late or early check-in. This must be requested in advance and extra fees might apply.

Manerba del Garda il a lovely town located on the south-west side of the lake garda. Besides going to the lake it is also an ideaes for bike trips and hiking excursions. It's area has been famous for the quality of the food and the many locally produced wines. It's located in an ideal position to visit the many villages along the Garda's coast (Salò, San Felice, Limone, Peschiera, Sirmione, Bardolino, etc) but also to reach nearby cities of hystorical and cultural interest such as Milano, Venezia, Verona or Bologna.
