Butterfly Apartment with Parking

Thank you for looking at our place. This is a lovely homely space ideal for a couple or small family with use of sofa bed in lounge area. It has all you need for a short break including a full kitchen, washing machine, quality linen and parking and is walkable to the city centre.

Entry is up external stairs leading to a door shared with our flat next door. Bedroom with double bed and luxury linens and comfy mattress. Shower room with electric shower. Open plan kitchen with lounge area which has a sofa bed. Washer/dryer, oven, hob and fridge freezer. Pod coffee machine and microwave.

Great location for couple trip

The apartment is small and cozy which is perfect for a couple trip. The windows kept the space airy and light for our summer trip. It is right by a great bakery, walkable to the City Centre of Inverness, and parking is included. I would definitely book again!

We really enjoyed staying in Yvonne’s place. It was clean, bright & had the amenities. The apartment is located within a very short distance from groceries, restaurants, shops, and the bustle of Inverness city.

We absolutely loved the Butterfly Apartment! We stayed for 2 nights and enjoyed a lovely visit to Inverness. The apartment is exactly as advertised--clean, comfortable, and super-cute. The host communicated with us, making us aware of inclement weather and we really appreciated her thoughtfulness. The surrounding area is lovely! We had dinner at Encore Inverness (fabulous!) and visited several shops and bakeries. A lovely stay!

Great flat for our short stay

This condo had a serious make over. Everything was new and clean. The flat was a joy to stay in for our 3 night visit to Inverness. Street parking right in front was nice too. 10 minute walk to several water front restaurants - passing a Tesco grocery store on the way. Plenty of day trip options so we didn't see much of the city otherwise. Highly recommend.

Very quiet location. Easy to find based on instructions from host. Had a little difficulty figuring out how the lock on the outside door locked. But eventually got it. Would stay here again.

Everything we could possibly want or need was provided. Laundry detergent for washer. Rack to hang clothes to dry. Dishwasher soap. Toiletries to spare. Tea coffee and milk provided. Bed was very comfy-bathroom excellent. Tv and WiFi good. Bakery next door would add inches to waistline soon! Only drawback was walking through the archway by the rubbish bins!!

Perfect nest to explore Inverness

The Butterfly House is amazing! Perfectly situated for a short stroll to city center, but far enough removed for peaceful, quiet sleep. Yvonne was a great and responsive host. The flat is lovingly fitted out and exceptionally clean. Nice touches like coffee, milk and fresh flowers, plus some toiletries if you need them. AMAZING shower! Above a bakery with amazing pasteries and a wonderful smell every time you come down in the morning. Just cannot rate this wonderful gem high enough!

Fantastic location, extremely well kitted out flat. Beautiful newly renovated flat located just a few minutes from High Street. Water pressure in the shower was fabulous which is a rarity in most older buildings. There is a butterfly motif that was followed throughout the whole flat which added some charm. Also adding to the charm were fresh flowers left on the table to welcome me when I arrived. There is a back garden that I quite enjoyed using to wind down my day. The Bakery is right next-door and the croissant and cappuccino that I had every morning were excellent
