Built brand new for 2020 by one of the owners himself, this apartment is the perfect blend of modern and cosy. Primarily a one bedroom apartment, however with a sofa bed in the lounge area it can easily accommodate 3. The kitchen is equipped with an oven, hob, washing machine, microwave, toaster, fridge and freezer. The open plan kitchen/ lounge has a vaulted ceiling which gives it a lovely feeling of space. There is a Smart TV, books and games to keep you entertained. The bedroom is modern and comfortable with a dressing table, plenty of storage and black out blinds, which leads on to a bright shower room. There is a utility cupboard with hairdryer/ironing board/iron/hoover/dustpan and brush/airer/clothes line and pegs/fleece blankets/cushions for outside seating. With its own private entrance and courtyard, you can enjoy your own space, not to mention outside table, chairs and BBQ to make the most of the Cornish sun. We even provide fleece blankets to wrap up outside on those chilly evenings. Free off road parking is available in front of the apartment, which is very unusual in this area. This is a pet free apartment which is ideal for guests with allergies.
The name Lime Tree was given due to the fantastic, gigantic tree that dominates the front, and the bright, beautiful greenery surrounding the apartment. The perfect scenic and tranquil place to either switch off from the world or relax and prepare for the next venture along the beach.
Situated in the beautiful village of Millbrook, Lime Tree is five minutes away from Whitsand Bay – the picturesque forgotten corner of Cornwall. It’s also just a couple of minutes away from the twin fishing villages of Kingsand and Cawsand. From the apartment windows you can see many variety of birds, squirrels and the occasional deer and hedgehog.
The local shops, cafes and pub are a stone’s throw away, and with the village being built around a lake it makes for some lovely afternoon walks. On the lake we have many birds including ducks, swans and geese, sometimes we are lucky and see a heron or kingfisher. If we are really lucky we can see the odd dolphin or seal in the river Tamar or the sea.

Very smart new accommodation. Great spot for walking the coastal path. Well equipped apartment with a lovely bathroom and super shower. We were unable to use the outside courtyard as there was not much sun, but In the summer that would be great. We had a lovely week in the apartment including walking from Seaton back to Millbrook having used local busses to get to Seaton. Everything you would need is in.the apartment except perhaps a hairdrier. Highly recommend

Five stars from start to finish. We stay in many different places and this was spot on, from booking, great communication from the owner, lovely accommodation with everything we needed and in a quiet and relaxed area - but with plenty in the local area to keep you entertained if you want it.
The apartment was spotless and very well appointed, spacious and with all mod cons. Full cooking facilities, if you need them (we didn’t use them but everything was available) The small courtyard area was a bonus and a real sun trap, with table and chairs plus bbq.
The owners were on hand , if we needed them but not intrusive in any way. There was tea, coffee, sugar, a bottle of water and two very nice brownies when we arrived - I have to say the brownies didn’t last long! Lovely walks available and suggestions for places of interest were in the apartment folder. Our favourite pub/restaurant was the Wilcome Inn near Torpoint, the food was fabulous.
I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this place to anyone and would definitely stay here again if in the area.

Why they chose this property
Millbrook is a beautiful Cornish village. It is on the stunning Rame Peninsular. Lime Tree is very close to the village centre and lake but in a quiet, peaceful area. In Millbrook we have a Co-op, Premier, Newsagents, Greengrocers, a chip shop, an Indian takeaway, a couple of lovely cafes and a couple of pubs. Everything you need in walking distance.

We offer free off-road parking which is unusual in the Rame Peninsular. Guests can enjoy a lovely private court-yard, which has table/chairs and a BBQ. The perfect place to relax and recharge your batteries.
