About this property

Crellas Beach Apartment, Seaton, Cornwall

Crellas Beach Apartment is situated in the beautiful village of Seaton, Cornwall a short trip away from the iconic seaside town of Looe and a short journey away from Britain's Ocean City, Plymouth. The apartment itself is located a mere 200 yards from the beach and just meters from the stunning Seaton Country Park footpath which takes you through miles of ancient woodland. This makes Crellas Beach Apartment the ideal location for a seaside getaway for couples, families, and avid ramblers.

The self-catered apartment itself consists of a large living area with a modern and spacious kitchenette, two double bedrooms, a shower room with a walk-in shower, and a large balcony ideal for evenings sat watching and listening to the sea. The site has private parking for up to two vehicles.

The apartment is attached to our residential address but is completely self-contained with its own private entrance and balcony area. The apartment is dog friendly but we do ask that guests contact us prior to arrival and do not allow their furry friends on the furnishings.

NEW! 2021! The BBQ, Firepit, and seating area is located in front of the property to the right. A hearty-sized BBQ grill and Firepit is the perfect place to spend the evening after a long day in the sun. (Charcoal & Fire Wood NOT provided)

Please be aware, we do have a very friendly cat and dog on-site and external CCTV cameras for security purposes.

In Seaton, we are lucky to be in a unique position situated just a few hundred yards from the beautiful beach as well as magnificent woodland walks, all-weather play areas and outdoor gym equipment, and coastal footpaths. With easy access to the beach, the area is popular with all sorts of leisure pursuits including kayaking, angling, and surfing. We are also lucky enough to be one of the few all-year-round dog-friendly beaches, making Seaton the ideal place to spend time away with your furry friend.

Within a stone's throw of the site, there are a restaurant, a pub, and a cafe that serves food and drink throughout the day. With a short stroll along the beach into our Neighbouring village of Downderry you will find a local shop complete with all the amenities needed for your getaway, as well as a few other dining establishments and a pub.

Half Term break

Lovely property in a lovely location. We go to Cornwall every year but have never stopped in Seaton. We will definitely be returning in the summer months when the weather is abit better. Couldn't fault the hosts nor the property.

Great location, Great Stay.

We (family of 4 inc. 2 teens & a Labrador!) have just finished a 2 week stay at Crellas and none of us wanted to leave! Jamie and Tara are wonderful hosts and have provided a beautiful home to stay in. The location is fantastic with the beach and various eateries within a 3 minute walking distance from the apartment or if you want to walk a little further, The Inn on the Shore (great pub with good food) is a 15/20 min walk along the coastal path in the next village of Downderry - but check the tide times first!! Downderry also has the nearest convenience store. The apartment was clean, tidy and well equipped, beds comfy, plenty of towels along with plenty of hot water. Jamie and Tara were perfect hosts, from answering my numerous questions before travelling, to welcoming us on arrival and then occasionally checking in on us during our stay. We travelled to many places during our stay but the highlights would have to be… Cremyll Ferry from Mount Edgecumbe over to Royal William Yard & onto Barbican (Plymouth) Parking at St. Mawes and catching ferry over to Falmouth. Both beautiful towns. Polperro, Fowey, Looe are lovely and definitely worth a visit. Also Newquay and Perranporth. Best meal - The Finnygook Inn at Crafthole (20 min drive) Sunday Lunch was amazing but you have to book. All in all a brilliant 2 weeks. Thank you Jamie & Tara, we will definitely be back x
