Great accommodation and hosts
Jamie and Ginny were very accommodating, everything provided was brilliant. The house is also right on the Wye Valley Walk, so there's plenty of good trials nearby. Highly recommended.

Fantanstic Hospitality
Not only is the accommodation top class, but Jamie and Ginny were wonderful in welcoming me and my girlfriend, giving us the lowdown on all the top restaurants and places to visit in the local village. The location is perfectly situated if you are looking for a quite and naturalistic place to stay in Tintern. I would definitely recommend staying here if you are looking for accommodation in Tintern 5 stars.

We are an active, outdoor, sporty family - loving the countryside around here with many miles walked and cycled in the vicinity. Hoping that you too can enjoy this beautiful area.

Why they chose this property

Really quiet location, literally on the Wye Valley walk with easy access to dog friendly pubs - with a variety of food and beverages. Huge numbers of walking, cycling routes and many quaint local towns and villages to explore. Within 5 mins of walking or driving there are many views overlooking the Wye Valley and it's varied landscape.

Alongside this there are many historical sites, monuments and Castles. For example: Tintern Abbey, Caerleon, Ragalan Castle, Chepstow Castle and many more.

Easy access to the larger towns/cities like Cardiff, Bristol, Ross-on-Wye, Abergavenny if preferred. There are other beauty spots like The Brecon Beacons or Crickhowell within the hour.
