Stylish city centre duplex Apartment in an art deco building 10 minutes walk away from the iconic Edinburgh Castle.

Features a bright, large and comfortable livingroom with a view onto Lothian Road. The apartment has a downstairs WC and a shower room upstairs. The Two bedrooms are upstairs, the main bedroom having a king size bed and the second having a king size that converts into two singles if needed.

There is a very inviting hallway and closet. A quiet workspace, desk and lamp in the upstairs landing. The kitchen is newly installed and up to date, it is equipped with everything a guest would need during their stay.

In close proximity to the royal mile and only a few minutes walk away from princes street. In close vicinity there is every convenience from supermarkets, the best of coffee shops, restaurants and bars.

Offered by an experienced and professional Airbnb superhost who will provide every comfort and support for a great stay. The apartment is professionally cleaned and set up for each guests needs.

We loved it! Great location, amazing living space, reasonable bathrooms, reasonable (small but typical European) bedrooms. The check in involved fetching the key 2 blocks away. This was not a problem for us, but a family with kids might find it inconvenient.

Great apartment!

The apartment is very spacious and well stocked. The location is perfect! If you’re planning on doing laundry, note that it isn’t in the unit and costs 3 pounds. We weren’t prepared with coins.

Terrific Edinburgh apartment!

Everything was perfect (& I don’t always say that!). The apartment is spacious, clean, well-stocked & perfect for a family of 4. The neighborhood is a 10 minute walk from the center of Old Edinburgh. The Greek pastry shop half a block away is a MUST for coffee & breakfast. The communication with the host was above & beyond. Highly recommend!!!

This apartment and its location is perfect. The apartment has a lot of space for multiple people with updated amenities. It is basically walking distance to all of the main tourist attractions. The bus system made moving around easy as well. There are plenty of restaurants, shopping, and pubs close by. We were fortunate to be able to watch Scotland play in a world cup match in a Scottish pub! Lewis is a fantastic host and was super easy to communicate with. I would recommend this property to anyone. Thank you for the stay!

The areas my apartments are located in can not be beaten. They are in the heart of Edinburgh within walking distance to much of what Edinburgh is and has to offer.

Why they chose this property

This property is right in the centre of Edinburgh, I love the location, it can't be beat. It is next to multiple theatres, the best of restaurant and bars. Within walking distance to Edinburgh castle and the Royal Mile.
The property itself is newly decorated, looks incredible, is comfortable and well set up. I am proud to offer it as holiday accomodation.
