This is wonderful property, uniquely decorated, bright, cheerful, and very comfortable! Only 2 minor issues we noted:no Kleenex & nice floor needed a mop. Highly recommend, would/will stay there again.

My daughters and I had a great time at this condo! It was clean and comfortable. A very nice pool view from the deck, which was also clean with comfortable chairs and an overhead ceiling fan. Loved the lights on the deck also! The living room furniture was perfect for a relaxing evening. We really appreciated the 2-seater recliner loveseat along with a very comfy cozy sofa!! A bonus is that it is on a walk in level-no steps to the front door! We already decided that we will be booking again for next year!Thank you Dawn for a great weekend!

We had a wonderful time, the unit was great! My only complaint was that the toilet in the master bathroom looked as though it has not been deep cleaned in awhile!

Cute property. Exactly as pictured. The master shower bath had some standing water that could not be addressed during our stay but it wasn’t too bad. Good location - convenient to HaHa Tonka and other Osage Beach locations.

Perfect stay for our family! The kids (ages 3-6) loved the sand/beach area. We loved how the beach and pools were such a short walk to the condo. The condo itself was very nice and comfortable as well.

Great Place!

My daughter and I stayed here for a softball tournament and it was great! Dawn was amazing at getting right back to me with things. We had such a fun time and her place was perfect for just us.
