100% PRIVATE LODGING - (31-DAY MINIMUM STAY.) Hands-down Le Petit Loft is the most affordably-priced (by a very wide margin) longer-term, 100 percent private rental option in this area. This area is very sought after, heart of Hollywood GREAT NEIGHBORHOOD. The Loft is a TINY bungalow off the main house, BoHo-chic and newly renovated with all modern amenities and upgrades for electrical and plumbing, has smart functional kitchen and opulent bath with a posh steamy hot shower. Mini-split HVAC cools and heats efficiently. Flatscreen Smart TV has on-demand channels, washer/dryer on site, fire pit and fountain, sundeck with lounge chairs for sun worshipping, and a Jayne Mansfield outdoor bed (yes, she used to own it) for relaxing in the shade or by the firelight at night. Located minutes to Studios, restaurants, and fun attractions of all kinds. Smoking on premises is limited to one area ONLY—outside in the driveway. No pets, no events, no exceptions. Dinner under the moonlight and gatherings by the fire pit are exceptionally OK as spacious outdoor area is wonderful and tropical during the day for sunning or sitting in the shade and conducive to lovely get togethers by moonlight too. Outdoor space is shared with host and other long-term travelers. Occupancy of no more than one. Le Petit Loft Guests must have no physical limitations (must be painlessly flexible with exceptional balance and equilibrium) for ladder climb into Loft bed. loft bed has a plush and wonderful bedding and memory foam mattress.

Le Petit Loft is Magnifique !!!

A charming Hollywood neighborhood nestled in the middle of small production studios just north of Hancock Park and walking distance to Melrose Blvd...you will have the opportunity to transport yourself to Paris when staying at Le Petit Loft. Sallie, the host has pulled out all the stops to make this vacation rental unique in every way! The loft is one of 3 rentals that exists behind the main house in a privately gated courtyard that is reminiscent of an artist colony setting. The lush and relaxed area includes a sunning deck and reflection fountain, a fire pit, BBQ and my personal favorite, the Jayne Mansfield patio chaise/bed to relax with your favorite book. Le Petit Loft is tiny in every way, but Sallie has designed it for comfort and to perfection. I originally booked my reservation for 2 months and quickly extended my stay to 6 months! When it came time to depart, I found it bittersweet because Le Petit Loft had become my "Home away from Home"! Thank you Sallie for providing a safe and enchanting experience! I will look forward to coming back "Home" during my next stay in Los Angeles!!!

A little piece of Paradise

Sallie’s Petit Loft surpassed all my expectations. I was so scared coming to LA from Brazil but this was the most wonderful soft landing I could ever ask for. Sallie is so wonderful and so chill with letting you be comfortable around her yard. She gives you space, but is always willing to assist you. Plus she is SOOO WISE and FUNNYYYYY!! I’ve had conversations with her that have changed how I think about myself and life, which besides a cozy comfortable home, is the best thing to give someone else. The place had everything I required to settle in. I felt so at home! It was truly a magical experience. From the mornings sunbathing in the deck, to watching the sunset or enjoying the fire at night… it was HARD leaving Hollywood. I’m forever grateful for Sallie and her home for sheltering me during my first weeks in LA. I MISS IT ALREADDYYYY!!! <3 <3 I hope you enjoy and have lots of fun on your stay too!

Comfortable, cozy, and convenient!

Le petite loft was the perfect place for my three-month stay in LA. The well-appointed and efficient space was incredibly comfortable and provided, and the outdoor patio was a delightful bonus! Everything was just as in the photos. Sallie is a kind and attentive host, and she has created an hospitable environment. I got to know her as well as the lovely couple renting an adjacent property. This was not just a short term rental but a comfortable home. Thank you - I hope to return!

Tiny living

Love my host and enjoyed good company with back yard been neighbors! Chill environment. Sallie is very receptive and helpful. Three outdoor space is a must, however.... The bed or a bar stool are the only seating inside the tiny home, so I found the lounge outdoors my favorite place besides bed!

I love LA! I have lived here most of my life & still find it full of magic & intrigue. There are always new & exciting things to discover here. I've been short-term hosting since Jan 25, 2015. Guests often say that once inside the gates they feel as if they are in a zen-like, "other dimension!" Then once outside, instantly are back in the heart of the big city, with all the amenities that the fast lane offers. It's a convenient juxtaposition and I like to think it allows guests to experience the best that the City Of Angels has to offer. I'm so glad I began this business as I believe wholeheartedly in the empowerment of short-term rentals. Profoundly, it enhances the ability for modest-budget travelers to explore the world easier, better & more frequently than before this phenomenon began. Traveling is something I like to do too so I want to embellish the thrill travelers will experience by welcoming as many as possible to the City of Angels. When I travel I like to go places & blend in as a local, see the city, town or village from the eyes of those who live there. My gated compound is warm, inviting & functional. It's a private little jungle; quiet, peaceful & lush, but outside of the 8 foot walls you will quickly see it is in the very BEST central, heart of the urban epicenter location for getting around & seeing LA. When you stay with me you get a fabulous indoor space, a big garden to relax & entertain in, as well as close proximity to fun places to explore & sight-see. If you're in the entertainment business & coming here for work, we are close to most of the major studios. I want to help you have an amazing stay in LA.
