There are beaches with safe swimming very close by as well as opportunities to moor boats and small sailing crafts. Island view is 15 minutes from skibbereen . Also in heir island have sailing school and restaurant

Family Reunion

We had stayed at this property 12 years ago and enjoyed it immensely. So for our reunion this year in Skibbereen I was happy to be able to find this property again. It again did not disappoint! The location is spectacular. Rooms were comfortable and neatly appointed. Seamus was always available if needed and checked in on us. Fresh flowers, a bottle of wine and desserts were left for us to enjoy. The only thing I would offer is that there is no clothes dryer however there is a clothes line outside when the weather is nice and a drying rack available for inclement weather. Remember to bring a hair dryer. We were sad to say goodby! Thank you Seamus for your hospitality.
