Small patio with barbecue outside with table and benches, to enjoy your grills calmly in the shade of a lemon tree.
Comfortable, bright, with 2 balconies one in each room, one facing east and the other facing west, ground floor and 1st floor, cozy with air conditioning in both bedrooms, living room and main bathroom.
Quiet area, with plenty of place to park your car, right in front of the house.

beach stay at Praia Lota

We stayed for a month from end Jan to end feb. The weather was amazing.The people very friendly, The apartment had everything we needed and more. We will be coming back to Lota but next time for a longer stay

Avons passé de très bonnes vacances. La maison était très agréable et bien placée. Proche de la plage et des commerces. L'accueil de l'agence excellent . La maison est très bien équipée pour un séjour long . Nous reviendrons certainement. Juste un petit reproche au niveau du matelas de la chambre parentale , les ressorts se sentaient un peu. Mais dans l'ensemble nous sommes très satisfaits et en plus nous avons eu un temps magnifique.

Ruhige Wohnlage

Strandnahes Wohnviertel, in der Nachsaison sehr ruhig, Ortsmitte mit Geschäften 10min entfernt. Älteres Reihenhaus, aber mit allem, was man für einen Urlaub braucht. Mit Geschirrspüler war es sehr entspannt.Wir waren sehr zufrieden, Preis-Leistungsverhältnis gut.

Excelente

Gostámos imenso da semana que passamos na casa da Dª Anita, que se mostrou extremamente prestável e preocupada com o bem estar dos seus hóspedes. A casa está bastante bem localizada, a cerca de 5 minutos a pé da praia da Lota, e tem tudo o que é necessário para uma estada confortável e sem sobressaltos. Recomendo esta propriedade a todos.

Excelente!!!

Excelente apartamento, com excelentes condicoes. As praias da Manta Rota e Lota sao magnificas e calmas. A locacao da casa e optima a apenas 4-5 minutos a pe da praia, perto de estabilicementos/farmacia, etc, mas numa zona segura e calma. A Sra. Anita e uma pessoa fantastica, amiga, justa e sempre pronta a servir. Recomendaria esta propriedade a amigos e familiares - Obrigado Sra. Anita.
