Beautiful house in private community gardens with a large pool which is a five minute saunter to the golden sandy beach. Along the beach are plenty of bars, cafés and fabulous restaurants.
Javea is an extremely family friendly town with many child friendly restaurants overlooking the beach. Once you arrive at the house, everything is within a short walk including supermarkets, beach, cafes, bars and restaurants, so a hire car is not necessary. There is a bus which comes from the airport to the end of the street if you do not wish to hire a car.
Available for summer lets and longer winter rentals this is a charming and spacious end of terrace townhouse that sleeps up to 5 people with private patio garden and direct access to the beautiful communal gardens and lagoon pool on the prestigious and popular complex of La Isla in Javea.
La Isla is a unique setting with its large tropical gardens offering a profusion of mature trees, flowering shrubs and lawns making it the perfect place for long hours of relaxation in the sun or shade. The lagoon style pool is breathtaking and has bridges and a centre Island. The urbanisation is ideally hidden off the main strip and yet in the heart of Javea, only a 5 minute walk to the beautiful blue flag sandy Arenal beach with all it's bars, restaurants and activities. This property has the beauty of being near to everything you need for a perfect summer holiday or winter break.
This particular end of terrace town house has its own entrance and a private patio garden that provides access directly to the beautiful pool and communal gardens. As you enter the property on the ground floor the kitchen is fully fitted and well equipped with plenty of surface and cupboard space. There is a guest cloakroom with shower, toilet and sink, further along the hallway and through the archway is a spacious lounge diner with log burner, dining table and chairs and sofa bed. Through the french doors from the lounge is a small glazed terrace and this leads through to the private patio garden which has room to eat "Al Fresco", sunbathe and has a chill out outside sofa, table and seating area. A gate from the private garden leads out into the beautiful communal gardens and lagoon style pool, and the property has private guest use of full sized sun loungers.
Stairs lead up to the second floor which consists of a spacious and bright double bedroom with large fitted wardrobes and a balcony with small table and chairs and views over the pool and garden area. There is a second spacious bedroom with twin beds. There is a further single bed that is stored under the double bed. There is a full family bathroom between both the bedrooms with bath, shower, sink, toilet and bidet.
The apartment has free WIFI, flat screen TV with Netflix, DVD player with a library of films and air-conditioning in all rooms all of which are included in the rental price.
Parking - the property has convenient off-road parking directly to the side of the property.
For winter rentals there is a lovely log burner in the lounge and the owner has provided rugs for the floors and a few home comforts. The air-conditioning is also hot and cold so great for the winter months.
The prestigious and popular La Isla urbanisation and this townhouse are in a prime location for access to the Arenal beach with restaurants, bars, supermarkets, a post office, a chemist, several banks and shops. The Arenal beach has sun beds, coconut umbrellas, volley ball nets, children's climbing frames, children's parks and football goal posts. There is an array of activities available from the beach including jet ski hire, boat hire, pedalos, canoes and paddle boarding. The beach is suburb for children as it is shallow for quite a way when initially entering the water. In the summer there are artisan market stalls at night.
Once you are in Javea a car is not essential. The Arenal beach is a 5 minute walk away, and the port of Javea a 20 minute walk away. The walk to the port is stunning alongside the Mediterranean sea with all the "Chiringuito" beach bars that appear in Easter and stay until the end of the summer.
Javea: The Javea area of the Costa Blanca is best known for its 20 km of unspoiled beauty, excellent 'Blue Flag' beaches and hidden coves. Javea itself is split into three main areas. The 'Arenal' which is within a few minutes stroll from La Isla offers beautiful sandy beaches, a promenade of shops, bars and restaurants with a small fair for the children in the Summer months with rides, trampolines and go-karts. Javea Port nearby is a traditional fishing Port with a large Marina, intimate cobbled streets, a brightly lit promenade of restaurants and bars and clean pebbled beaches. The traditional historic Town has white house fronts and cobbled streets, it is a typical 'Spanish Town' relatively unspoilt with a quiet and relaxing ambience, it has many traditional 'Tapas Bars' , restaurants, boutique shops and a weekly Market. The spectacular fiestas begin in June and continue throughout the Summer months.
Nearby Areas of Interest & Tourist Attractions: Javea is less than one hours drive by Car from Benidorm, which has many attractions for all ages including 'Mundomar' an Animal Water Park, 'Aqualandia' a themed Swimming Park and 'Terra Mitica' a large Fun Park, boasting some of the largest rides in Europe. The beautiful historic village of Guadalest set in the Mountains is a place not to be missed by the visitor along with the 'Waterfalls of Algar'. Other nearby Towns include Moraira with spectacular Coastlines and varied entertainment, Denia with its large Port offering daily trips to the Balearic Islands, Calpe with its legendary 'Calpe Rock' jutting out of the Sea, Benissa, Teulada and Gata de Gorgos.

We stayed at this lovely apartment for 10 nights in July/August, 2 adults, 2 children and a toddler. Easy check in meeting with Shelley to get key and show us around. Everything was very clean and she had got us bread, butter, jam, milk, wine and beer for our arrival.
Beautiful pool area and never particularly busy, the boys loved it. Toddler enjoyed splashing about on pool steps, pool depth in section near apartment great for kids.
Great WiFi and air conditioning in apartment. King size bed v comfortable.
Good location, about 10 minutes walk to the beach with great restaurants - one of our favs was Chabada, best Calamari my 10 year old said!
Less than 10 minutes walk to the large Masymas supermarket.
Really enjoyed our stay, clean, spacious, well equipped and comfortable apartment.

This was our 3rd time staying in La Isla but the first time in this property.
It met all of our families needs in terms of space and ease of getting to and from the pool as well as the local shops and restaurants.
The bedrooms were large and the beds very comfortable. The blinds ensured the rooms were dark for us all to sleep well.
The bathroom was a good size and there is also an extra toilet downstairs.
The kitchen is small but we didn’t do much cooking and there is a large fridge and freezer. The kitchen was well stocked with plates, cups, cutlery etc and there is also a microwave, coffee machine, kettle and toaster. An air fryer would have been an amazing addition but appreciate there isn’t much space.
We love La Isla it’s great for families it feels super safe and the garden / pool are very well maintained. The pool here is amazing for small children and big children / adults.
Natasha was fantastic to deal with nothing was too much trouble.
Highly recommend and we have booked to go back ourselves in 2026.

The house has all what you might need for a holiday. Walking distance from the beach, restaurants, supermarkets, bakery...The swimming pool is huge and very well maintained. The garden around the house is closed and safe for the kids to play.
The house is well equipped and has confortable beds. The kitchen is too small if you intend to cook for a family.

Ek alojamiento está muy bn y como dice en el anuncia a 10 minutos de la playa.
El único inconveniente para mi es que la dueña del alojamiento era inglesa y como yo no se ingles, me tuvo que ayudar u a amiga.
También hacer la observación de que solo tiene dos habitaciones, nosotros éramos cuatro adultos y un menor de 11años y ponen una cama más en la habitación,Eso está bn cuando son bebés o niños pequeños.

We are extremely disappointed with your review and wish to address each issue. Firstly, we always pay extra for full fumigation each summer as in Spain cockroaches can be an issue, which I am sure you can fully appreciate. Our control over whether a cockroach enters a property are limited and every step has been taken to ensure this is not a problem. I sent you a copy of this certificate to which I had no reply. No other holiday maker has complained about the issues with cockroaches or cat hair. There is no cat living in the house but of course some people at La Isla are residents and if a cat enters the garden there is very little we can do about it. Regarding the sofa - once again this is brand new and we have had no other complaints about it. We always go above and beyond to accommodate holidaymakers as we did when you requested a late checkout.
Allt fungerade perfekt, från själva bokningen till kontakt med mycket trevlig och hjälpsam värd. Lätt att få tag på nyckel och fin visning av huset på plats. Huset är supermysigt och precis perfekt för familj med två vuxna och tre barn. Poolen är enorm och fräsch med trevliga badvakter. Jättenära till havet och restauranger. Toppen helt enkelt!

This property was not as described , very disappointing !
This house is advertised as a 2 bed, 2 bathroom house . The 2nd bathroom is more of a cleaning cupboard with a shower that is not fit to be used. The property was the dirtiest place I have ever stayed in . I have taken lots of photos which were shown to the property manager , would not recommend this property .

Obviously it was very disappointing to receive such a very, very rare negative review on this lovely property. As you can see the majority of reviews are excellent and this client does not mention any of the lovely positive points of this property. Firstly the 2nd bathroom can certainly not be described as a "cupboard". It is a shower room with sink and toilet but we do also store some of the cleaning items in here such as the mop & broom but the owner has put a special rack on the wall to store them neatly. With regard to the property being extremely dirty on arrival - unfortunately this guest NEVER advised that they were unhappy with the property on arrival. Infact they only advised they had been unhappy when they were told that we could not extend their checkout on the day of departure from 10.00am until 20.30 in the evening to accommodate their late flight. Had they advised on arrival, or in the first 24 hours, that they felt the property had not been cleaned properly then we would have organised for the cleaners to go straight back in and attend to any of the areas they were not happy with. Obviously there was nothing that could be done when we were advised the day before they were leaving.
Very clean and tidy bed very comfortable was not able to make use of the grounds this was only due to the weather

Little paradise on earth
We spent our holidays at La Isla for the second time. As this year my father in law joyned us we needed one more bed than last year. This is why we chose this apartment. We hat a wonderful stay there. Our kids even asked us to book again next year - we'll see. We loved the short walk to the beach as well as spending the afternoons at the pool. Jacqui helped us with all our questions, she was a great support.

Quiet clean spacious accommodation
Property ideal for two of us with everything we needed. In the mornings the sun is on the bedroom balcony. We spent most of our time on the first floor as it was lighter and brighter.
There was no hot water on our first day, Jacqui came the next morning and quickly solved it, the gas canister had run out and should have been checked.
The property was in an ideal position near shops and restaurants and 5 mins walk from the beach. We would definitely stay there again.

Petit bungalow bien sympathique
Le bungalow a tout ce qu'il faut pour passer des vacances. Nous y sommes allés en Avril et nous n'avons pas pu profiter de la piscine de la résidence. Le jardin est aménagé avec un canapé d'extérieur ce qui rend l'endroit agréable. Nous avons eu un souci pour trouver les clés de la terrasse mais le propriétaire a été très réactif. Le seul bémol dans l'équipement est l'absence de lave-vaisselle.

Good location
We stayed in the property in February 2018.The property is well appointed with comfortable bed and fittings.February of course is going to be cold and we expected that.Other properties do have rugs etc on the floor during this period of the year. I was surprised that this property lacked these things. I was also surprised that there was an additional cost for cleaning the property once we had left plus a charge for linen.We have stayed in many places across Western Europe and the United States and this was a first.There was also an issue regarding picking up the key.We were told that we could not gain access until 4 pm and we were to get the keys from a local bar.Fortunately we were early as the bar shut at 3pm and was not due to open again until the following morning.
The apartment however was well equipped and clean. It was also only 10 minutes from the beach and surrounding restaurants etc.The area was very quiet .Parking was excellent.During the summer it would be a good place to enjoy Javea.

Many thanks for your comments. The owner has now made the apartment alot more comfortable for winter rentals adding some rugs and home comforts. The property also has a gorgeous log burner for the winter.
I am surprised at your comments regarding the £10 charge for laundering the linen (all bed linen, one hand towel and one bath towel per person) and £35.00 for the clean following departure. These costs were shown in the quotation before you reserved so you had the choice whether or not to proceed. The owner includes everything else in the rental cost, including the air-conditioning and it is priced very competitively taking this into account.
Yes it was unfortunate regarding the keys. We always give the clients the option to collect them from the bar just over the road and unfortunately, they had closed early the day that you arrived. However, as you experienced, I am always available at the end of the phone with any unexpected problems such as this and I was with you very quickly with a spare set of keys.

Great long or short term comfortable apartment
Plenty of space for families to enjoy the great facilities on hand both inside and outside this modern well furnished apartment. Convenient for the famous Arenal beach with its quality bars and restaurants. We stayed at a quiet time of year for six weeks and appreciated the home comforts. Would recommend this place for long term stay or summer holidays with children.

Safe "wrap round" garden for children.
we especially loved the safe garden where the kiddies could play whilst we prepared for the day....a five minute walk to the gorgeous sandy beach and view of the mountain (Montgo) with restaurant, cafes or picnic for lunch. Later, back to house for an hours rest then children "needed" to swim in fabulous shaped pool. English t.v. then bed or a family meal out first.
