Warm family house, great location

We loved staying at Miquel’s house. The garden is lovely and very save For childeren. The house is beautiful decorated, warm, Spanisch and authentic. The town is not large but beautiful seaviews, little beaches and great restaurants and bars. I would definately go again.

Sehr schönes Haus und sehr motivierte Vermieter

Der Innenhof ist sehr schön und das Haus hat alles, was man braucht. Leider ist die Klimaanlage nicht in den Schlafzimmern, sondern im Wohnzimmer positioniert. Außerdem hatten wir einige Probleme mit dem Abfließen des Wassers im Badezimmer (Toilette, Dusche). Das war natürlich nicht gut, aber die Vermieter haben versucht es direkt zu beheben und dann auch zeitnah einen Klempner hinzugezogen.

Kleine Oase

Die Herzlichkeit der Vermieter, der liebevoll eingerichtete Patio/Garten und das großzügige Haus haben uns sehr gut gefallen. Hier konnten wir uns immer von den lebhaften Inseleindrücken in Ruhe und mit Vogelgezwitscher erholen. Gute Lokale und eine köstliche Dorfbäckerei in der Nähe waren für uns ein Genuß nach schönen Wanderungen in der Umgebung.

Situación inmejorable

Hemos pasado una semana en la casa. Esta está muy bien, está situada en un pueblo encantador y a escasos 100 metros de la playa. Los propietarios encantadores, y la comunicación con ellos excelente, te ayudan en todo lo que necesites, además de preguntar de vez en cuando cómo íbamos. La casa tiene de todo e incluso ventiladores en las habitaciones que se agradecen si la noche es calurosa. El exterior es muy grande con tumbonas mesas y sillas y barbacoa ( la verdad que nosotros hicimos poco uso). Sin duda repetiramos

Einfache, aber ausreichende Ausstattung, nur etwas düster. Ruhige, aber zentrale Lage.

Vermieter sehr nett, hilfsbereit und unkompliziert. Per email immer kurzfristig erreichbar. Der Ort selbst hat einige Restaurants direkt am Meer, 3 kleine Supermärkte, 1 Apotheke und 2 kleine Läden mit Souvenirs, Klamotten, Strandutensilien u.ä., also ausreichend, aber überschaubar. Der Strand direkt am Ort besteht aus einer sehr kleinen Sand-Kiesbucht direkt gegenüber den Restaurants. Ansonsten herrscht Felsküste vor. Die Wanderrouten des Levantesgebirge sind von hier sehr gut zu erreichen. Fazit: Für einen ruhigen Wanderurlaub sehr geeignet - wer etwas mehr Unterhaltung braucht ist hier nicht so gut aufgehoben.

Top ausgestattet und liebevoll hergerichtet

Wir haben mit unserer knapp ein Jahr alten Tochter zwei unvergessliche Wochen in diesem tollen Haus und v.a. im gepflegten und schön angelegtem Außenbereich verbracht und wären sehr gerne länger geblieben. Die Ausstattung ist super (Liegestühle, Sonnenschirm, tolle Korbstühle auf der Ost-Terrasse, sämtliche Küchenutensilien (!), Babybett und -stuhl), das Haus sauber, großzügig und bei Hitze schön kühl. :) Miguel ist top organisiert, sehr flexibel (eine Anreise um 23 Uhr war kein Problem) und sehr liebenswürdig: Da am Tag nach unserer Anreise ein Feiertag war, freuten wir uns über Gebäck, Kaffee und frisches Obst, das Miguel bereit gestellt hatte. Auch der Ort hat uns sehr gefallen: Weit entfernt vom Massentourismus aber trotzdem bietet er alles, was man braucht: einen kleinen Strand, einige Geschäfte, Supermarkt, Bäcker, Apotheke und wirklich gute Restaurants! Unsere Tochter hat sich über den großen Außenbereich und das liebevoll hergerichtete Babybett gefreut! Wir kommen gerne wieder! P.S. Bei mehr als 4 Personen kann auch das angrenzende Haus zeitgleich mit gemietet werden. Der Zaun, der beide Häuser trennt, wird dann entfernt.

Ideal para descansar

Quedamos en el septiembre 2015 otra vez en la casa. Todavía un lugar muy tranquilo al final de la calle. El baño esta renovado. Las dos palmeras grandes en la terraza desaparacieron. No sobrevivieron el pico rojo. Es una plaga que ya mató muchas palmeras en Mallorca y otras islas. Pero hay un parasol grande en la terraza. Los anfitriones muy amable como siempre. Los regalábamos una planta de romero. Un pequeño consuelo por las palmeras. Podemos recomendar la casa. Es ideal para descansar.

Fantásticas vacaciones

Hemos pasado unas vacaciones perfectas, ya que tanto la casa como el entorno han sido de lo mas favorables para poder desconectar ya que el pueblo es muy tranquilo y acogedor. La cala que hay a 300 metros es simplemente espectacular. Miquel fue muy amable en todo momento.

Nettes und ruhiges Domizil auf Mallorca!

Das Apartment verfügt über 3 Schlafzimmer und ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Außerdem ist es sehr günstig gelegen, um die Insel zu erkunden. Es liegt in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße und man kann bequem im Hofgarten Frühstücken, Grillen oder einfach nur auf der Liege entspannen. Parken ist kein Problem und die Besitzer sind sehr hilfsbereit und unkompliziert.
