Enjoy your stay in this newly renovated, 4000 sq ft. home!

25 Edgewood has many key amenities to ensure your visit to the island is luxurious and relaxing. These amenities include central air, wireless internet, an outdoor shower for long days after the beach, a five jet jacuzzi in the master bath, and more.

The Master Suite, as well as Bedrooms 2 & 3, are furnished with King Beds. Bedroom 4 is an open layout, furnished with two Queen Beds and a living room area, equipped with a game corner, as well as a desk, for your remote working needs.

The living room, on the first floor, is a great place to congregate and chat, or have a family movie night, with an open layout, leading to the kitchen, breakfast nook and coffee bar.

For a more relaxing setting, the lounge is based around the fireplace, with functioning French Doors in order to ensure quiet. The dining room is located off of the lounge, as well as through the kitchen, with a large farm style table to accommodate your whole family.

This is a great house for a family, with plenty of room to move around. Set on a large, well-manicured lawn, the back yard is fenced-in for additional privacy, as well as the safety of children in the back patio area.

The garage holds beach chairs, beach toys for children and two adult bicycles for those looking to take a ride.

This home is great for a large group looking to be on MV but also wanting peace and quiet. It is large with a nice flow and huge front yard and back yard. The owner is local which I thought was great. He replied quickly as needed. The area is walkable as well. Great host and location.

Responsive hosts! House was beautiful, lots of space including the relaxing and spacious backyard that was backed by woods. Clean, modern, well stocked for entertaining and activities, and well decorated. Note that the bedroom with 2 queen beds is off of the primary bedroom with no separate entrance and no separate bathroom—great for kids to be close to parents. Close proximity to the airport, Edgartown, and Oak Bluffs. Quiet neighborhood with lots of space between houses. Highly recommend!

Great stay in a beautiful and spacious home!! The kitchen and everything else was well stocked. I loved the decor and artwork. The house had tons of games and puzzles and books. The location was right near the triangle and edgartown center with easy access up island too. It’s a great house for families with little kids and to host big dinners with family and friends. The things it would have been better with was some more labeling esp in kitchen and for closets of where things were stored- and wish this place provided linens (though rental was very easy). Also wish there had been a little more direction re checking in and out, etc. Otherwise 10/10!

This property is our family home during the spring, fall and winter. We travel to our family home in Maine for the summer, where our lineage dates back to the Revolutionary War. Being very family oriented, we prefer to rent to families, or family groups coming to vacation together.

Why they chose this property

Edgewood Drive, an extension of Briarwood Drive off of the main road, is part of the The Sandy Valley Road Association, an association I founded back in the early nineties, as the president for over 30 years. This is a private neighborhood, based back off of the main road, in a wooded area to ensure peace, quiet and privacy.

What makes this property unique

This house is large, open and roomy, with nine foot ceilings and bedrooms with King and Queen size beds to accommodate big families. The property is set on two, large, well-manicured lawns for plenty of room for outdoor activities.
