Rural rustic charming house

We had a lovely relaxing holiday.The house is as attractive as the photographs suggest. It is in the middle of the forest and so it does feel like you are getting away from it all. There are a couple of houses nearby but you really feel on your own. Access is along a long forest road.The last stretch is unmade and the drive of the house proved a challenge.I was glad I had a 4x4! It has a commanding position above the lake, providing beautiful views . The lake is particularly tranquil in the morning and was our favorite time for a swim.Access is down a steep track,or longer route,not really suitable for flip flops! It's a great spot for wild swimming, but there are supervised beaches around the lake. The house is very comfortable and well equipped and ideal for two couples and young families.We enjoyed dining out on the terrace -just remember the mosquito repellent!!!

Cela fait 30 ans que nous louons des villas ou maison à travers la France, et celle-ci est vraiment unique par sa localisation: nichée dans la forêt, elle permet d'accéder au lac dans une partie non accessible, donc on est quasiment seuls au monde pour se baigner. Un vrai bonheur !!!La maison était très propre à notre arrivée et est très bien équipée.Les échanges à distance avec Craig se sont très bien passés, en toute transparence, rien à redire de ce côté.Si vous recherchez du calme dans le sud, cette maison est l'endroit idéale.

Het is een prachtig huis op een fantastische locatie

Het ligt midden in de natuur met bijna absolute stilte. Het meer is prachtig en het uitzicht uitmuntend. De weg er naartoe is spannend maar goed te doen en het meer staat garant voor veel zwem plezier. Het huis is schoon en complete met een hele mooie ruime keuken. Het heeft geen na aan niets ontbroken. En als het ons gegeven is komen we zeker terug

Agréable séjour

Cadre idyllique, propriétaire sympa et très réactif. Le séjour était top ! Accès un peu difficile en voiture (chemin abîmé en arrivant à la maison).

Très bon séjour

Très bon séjour au bord du lac, au calme et entourés de verdure. La maison est très bien équipée et nous avons apprécié les grandes baies vitrées qui apportent lumière et vue sur le lac et la forêt.
