A beautiful, compact villa perfect for a couple seeking complete privacy.
The villa overlooks the sea and the valley facing the Vendicari Nature Reserve.

It features a private garden of approximately 400 square metres with a lawn, succulents, and flowering plants, complete with a barbecue, a relaxation area, and a dining area.
The most beautiful and scenic spot is the 8x3-metre black lava-stone pool, which offers a spectacular view. The sun deck is equipped with lounge chairs and a shaded area.

The house was created through the careful renovation of a former stable and is now an open-concept space with a modern and sophisticated design. On the lower level is the living room with a kitchen and a table for four, a bathroom with a shower, and a cellar with a wine rack.
The living room features a TV, DVD player, and Wi-Fi.

On the loft is the bedroom with a double bed (180x200 cm).

The villa is located in the countryside of Noto, just 3 kilometres from the city centre, set in a garden of almond and olive trees.
The nearest beaches are those of the Vendicari Nature Reserve, located 6 kilometres away.

A car is necessary for getting around.

Wir wurden so herzlich von Jen in Empfang genommen, ebenso verabschiedet. Gute Lage. Nah an Vendicari. Nähe nach Noto optimal. Auch Syracus super schnell zu erreichen. Das Haus war super. Morgens nach dem Aufstehen in den Pool. Kein Mensch dort außer wir. Wir genießen die Abgeschiedenheit. Kontakt zu Andrea jederzeit möglich! Hat stets sofort reagiert, tolle Tips geschickt. Einziges Manko. Alle 3/4 Tage kam der Pollboy. Eine super Sacher, aber….warum fegt/ säubert er nicht auch um / hinter dem Pool??? Für uns nicht nachvollziehbar. Haus/ Einrichtung/ Lgge….man kann es nur empfehlen!!!
