Beautiful home

We had a great stay at Mark and Natalie’s property! Mark was easy to communicate with and his response time was great. The house was also very nice. If you have a boat, this would hands down be a 5 star property. It is in a great location to get downtown but far enough out to enjoy the quiet evenings on the deck over the water.

Alex Bay Condo

We had a great experience at the Condo. The location is perfect, a 2 minute drive or a long walk to downtown Alexendria Bay and the shops and restaurants there. The condo was as pictured and was immaculate. As fisherman, we loved the attached boathouse, and the launch process at the marina across the bay was super easy. It was a great experience overall, and we highly recommend

Wonderful stay

Great place to stay in Alexandria Bay. This unit #3 is clean and cozy. It has everything you need for a getaway. The owner Mark was quick to respond with any questions or needs. The condo is furnished well with comfortable beds. The kitchen is stocked with adequate tools to cook a nice meal. The boathouse has a lift which is an added bonus if you have a boat. The only negative is it does not have internet as advertised in the listing. Luckily it does have good cell service so I was able to connect to my hotspot to do work on my laptop. So if this is important to you, check before you go to see if it’s up and running. Otherwise everything else is great. Great place to get away from the hustle of life and just relax for a few days. Very pleased with my stay and plan to return again!

Relaxing Time

Rental was clean with many accessories and kitchen very well equipped. Garage for the boat was great, but water was low. Nice places to eat in town. Castle tours were wonderful. Very relaxing. People in the complex were pleasant and helpful. Plenty of room for just the two of us!

St. Lawrence boating trip

Mark’s place was the perfect location to explore the river. Docking the boat underneath the condo was very convenient and saved so much time. The condo itself was very clean and comfortable. We would definitely stay here again.

Great overall stay. Mark let us check in early no problem. Unit was clean and had most items needed. Host was very easy to communicate with. Check in was very easy. Boathouse is awesome and easy to use. Very close walk to town. Only reason for not 5 stars is we had no internet and were not informed of it until we inquired about it not working. Not issues, but no TVs or dressers in bedrooms, possibly an issue for longer stays. Overall - great stay and would recommend. The area and location of Mark’s condo is amazing.
