BUGERA. Beautiful restored house in Pollensa

Townhouse Bugera is situated in the historic quarter of the Old Town of Pollensa. The house is a 5 minutes’ walk from the fabulous main square, with all its pavement cafe bars, restaurants and shops on your door step.



The property has been lovingly reformed by the owners, using the best quality materials: all the fixtures and fittings are of a high standard. The house enjoys a private interior terrace with dining table, sunbeds, a separate sitting area, a lovely private little pool, and a fantastic covered BBQ area.



The house is for six people. On the first floor, there is one master en suite double bedroom with an en suite bathroom. There are two further twin bedrooms sharing a separate shower room.



Downstairs there is another bathroom with shower. The modern kitchen is open to the lounge dining area, with a lovely table and seating for up to six people. The kitchen has all the modern appliances, such as ceramic hob, electric oven, integrated microwave, dishwasher, large fridge/freezer etc. The house has a delightful mix of the old character features blended beautifully with modern facilities and appliances, striking a wonderful balance between old and new. The court yard area is completely private and has a small pool to refresh. The house has satellite TV, air conditioning throughout and Wi-Fi.



All in all, Villa Bugera is a fantastic town house in Pollensa, extremely close to the centre and its well-known main square, but at the same time it offers privacy and a great terrace area with a superb covered BBQ area.

Good for a short stay and proximity to the town centre

We last stayed in This Villa 7 years ago - it’s fine for a couple for about a week - the location is great within walking distance of all the old town has to offer - but Pollenca seems so much harder to park in so you often need to drive several times around town to find a space - - usually a 10 minute walk away - and we are here in April ! The house is modern inside - with everything you need but the outside area is pretty small but fine for a couple .

Lovely property in the heart of stunning Pollensa

Brilliantly located house in the lovely town on Pollensa. We stay in townhouses in Pollensa every year and we got a great deal on this house. Perfectly located just a 5 minute walk to placa major. Our only gripe was that it needed a little bit of touching up and cleaning. A couple stains on walls and it was quite dusty. Little things like all the wiring for the tv on the floor of the living room. A little bit of TLC required is all. Other than that, an enjoyable stay and if I could get the same deal, would book again.

Great house but building work spoiled the experience

Beautiful house but checkin was difficult as we were provided with the wrong code for the key-box. This meant a long wait on the doorstep due to the agent being out of office - eventually this was resolved. We then had 2 great days in the house however on the Monday building works started in the house next door - noisy and dusty - unable to use outside space. On the Tuesday this became intolerable as the builder commenced to cut stone tiles and the noise was constant and the dust extensive. Silvia at Portvil was very helpful and arranged a move to a lovely villa further out of town. This was appreciated but changed our holiday completely - the walk to the town centre went from 6 minutes to 25-30 mins - difficult in the heat. Where we wanted to enjoy a short stroll to the square to enjoy a coffee in the morning and a refreshing drink in the afternoon this became impossible and we only got to enjoy the town in the evening after a long walk in - we were not prepared or expecting this so had not hire car/bikes etc. So Pollensa was lovely as ever, the properties were fantastic but the overall experience was not what we had expected or desired. I would hope for some sort of compensation.

Wow - eine perfekte Unterkunft für einen tollen Urlaub

Wir haben einen tollen Urlaub in Pollensa verbracht. Das Haus ist sehr stilvoll und authentisch renoviert worden. Die Lage ist perfekt, weil nahe am Zentrum. Die sehr gut ausgestattete Küche hat keine Wünsche offen gelassen. Einziger Kritikpunkt: Die Reinigungskräfte kamen ein paar Stunden nachdem wir die Wohnung bezogen hatten.
